Waffle House — Restaurant in Louisiana

#1 The dirtiest Waffle House, I've ever been too EVER!!! My Mom and I planned on eating there & having a cup of coffee together. Then place an order to go as well! HOWEVER NOT 1 table was clean! Employees walking around looking busy. They had Flys around the trash that remained on the customer side of the counter near the register. Flys. that landed on my purse. When we saw the table's all unclean,we were hungry and had order's from other family members,we decided to order to go! The customer service/ waitress, seemed nice & also I believe wanted to help us. Her name was Sav, She took our order. HOWEVER She used her cell phone to add up our items.Then just typed in the total ( WHICH I'M UNSURE IF THAT WAS RIGHT $64.00 for 3 Allstars, Mr Pibb, juice. When I looked at my mom's receipt which I will provide a photo of w/ this review. She was charged $4.43 service charge & %4.43 to go charge! Mom,believed the waitress Sav, would be sure everything was right and WE BOTH THOUGHT SHE WANTED TO HELP U!?! Idk if that was the case or not?? BECAUSE OF The way she used her cell phones calculator & the way she rang us up! NOW I've placed my order and asked her to repeat & asked her again "TO MAKE SURE WE HAD RAISIN TOAST W/ ALL 3 Allstars" I asked again When she came with the bags of food! #1 - NOOOOO Raisin toast with ANY OF THE ALL STARS! NONE / JUST PLAIN TOAST. #2 WE HAD 3 WAFFLES 2 PECAN & 1 BB - 1 of the pecan waffles wasn't cooked all the way & watery. My husband had egg shells in his Scrambled eggs! I Tried calling the location twice and no answer before we left town. I DON'T BELIEVE WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED A SERVICE FEE FOR A TO GO ORDER! THEN ANOTHER FEE TO USE A CARD, HOWEVER IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THIS NOW! I WILL ABSOLUTELY INFORM People of these fees. I understand every company has policies. BUT THE DIRTY STORE,THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ THE COOK, ETC.There needs to be BETTER communication between the staff! CERTAINLY INFORM CUSTOMER'S OF THE FEES! The location may need to be checked by corporate. How can you contact the store if no one answers the phone? The order wasn't right,Then the problem's with no Raisin toast,eggs w/ shells in them.1 waffle soggy/ doughy/ RUSHED Probably! Still unsure of what we paid for with the receipt Not happy at all ! EXCEPT HAPPY Ya'll continue to serve Mr.Pibb. All honesty, this location needs to have a better system too Maybe have 1 more employee on Sundays idk? BUT I'D CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

It has come to my attention that Waffle House does not p o a c h eggs anymore for some reason not everyone tails for their age fried scrambled over easy cooking grease in general this is now turn me off to Waffle House as being a place but I would frequently visit in order to eat breakfast it's a this is a shame and disgrace for a company who is known for breakfast not to poach eggs the reason that I was given was we just don't do it anymore if this Corporation refuses to cook your breakfast according to the way that you wish to eat it then they need to shut their doors this has become a horatius nuisance to me personally based upon if I wanted to eat fried eggs I can make breakfast myself for the money that I spend at this place of business and have plenty of leftover eggs bacon bread biscuits Etc add my own home 4 less than half the cost that it hey to pay for Waffle House service was very slow 35 minutes sitting there after I drank my first cup of coffee for my waitress to acknowledge the fact that I needed a cup of coffee after I motioned as she passed by with the coffee pot at different times how to say Shame Shame Shame when it comes to the attitudes Waffle House as a corporation when you cannot poach eggs and the waitresses attitude/ disposition almost inherent of the idea that I owe them where is I am the customer and the customer is always right you want $15 an hour for minimum wage yet you're not worth $0.02 as a corporation at this...

We travel a lot so Waffle House is our go to for good and fast...normally. This was the worst experience we have had to date. All 3 of our orders were screwed up in some way. Hubby is allergic to mushrooms and his food was covered in them. Pointed it out and they started picking them out. Allergic...cannot have them in his food. Eggs were so overcooked they might as well have been hard boiled when ordered over medium. My hash browns were seriously undercooked and ordered them well. Sons were ordered with mushrooms and gravy...counted 2 and maybe a half cup gravy on a double order. Just disappointed. Asked how it was we told the truth and the waitress couldn't stop laughing. Yes laughing. Wont be back to that one again. Not same standards. They were too busy chatting than to make sure we were satisfied. Oh and we were the only customers so they weren't busy....laughed over our complaints....
