Saying this place is a disappointment is a major understatement. I have placed 3 orders, giving them many chances. I have ordered a different meal EACH time and have gotten the SAME EXACT meal?!?! The sesame chicken is sweet and sour chicken with seeds on top. The general tso's chicken is sweet and sour chicken with chopped peppers. Orange chicken, yep you guessed it, SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE. Same sauce used again to dip your wontons. The sweet and sour sauce is the ONLY SAUCE THEY USE.. It's insane. We have called and complained and explained that we can CLEARLY see and taste that it is the same sauce on all the dishes, and the lady literally said "sesame chicken have sesame seed on top" like the SEEDS is the only thing needed that differentiates it from the other dishes. No refunds because they KNOW they suck. Please Save your money, go somewhere else that deserves the business. This place is such a joke. And don’t even dare try to say this is a FAKE ACCOUNT because this is a one star review and my ONLY review. That is ONLY because this sad excuse of a restaurant was just THAT terrible that I HAD to leave a review. A review on The customer service would require a whole essay so I’ll just leave it at that. It takes a lot for me to do this…..I will NEVER order...

We got carry-out. The food was pretty good. I got the Bourbon Shrimp meal with shrimp fried rice. Plenty for leftovers the next day. What was super tasty the next day is that I used the rest of my Bourbon sauce over the rice and fried it up in a skillet with 2 sunny side-up eggs. Omgosh it was delicious! I had also ordered shrimp toast which turned out to be broccoli mash on toast. It was green. Didn’t taste any shrimp. I don’t recommend the shrimp toast at all. UPDATE: March 2nd, 2025. Apparently we can only edit our prior reviews instead of adding another one. Today I enjoyed the lemon shrimp, shrimp fried rice and egg roll and all was good. The waitress is sweet. I also gave the SHRIMP TOAST another try. Better than last time but still has broccoli and onion flavor. May I recommend using cauliflower mashed as your filler instead of broccoli since it doesn’t have much flavor. There is Shrimp Flavoring you can add, or try boiling the cauliflower in Shrimp Bouillon water to increase shrimp flavor. The onions were too...

Food is pretty good. But the lady who is always at the register and who mainly answers the phone has a horrible attitude. I went there once before and they messed up an order, I asked her what can I do to be accommodated? She got loud with me and told me she would redo it, no option of a refund but after being screamed at, all I really wanted was a refund. This lady constantly doesn’t know how to take special orders, has an attitude when she is the one who messes up and will either refuse or you’ll have to pretty much beg for a refund. I am willing to bet she is the owner and feels people will still come, so her having an attitude doesn’t matter but if people stop going there, what will she do then. I also feel that where they are from customer service is no big deal but it plays a big part when you have a business where good customer service plays a big part.
