As a former employee , as of 10/11/2023 I worked there for 5 years as far as being a worker safety and sanitation is subpar , cross contamination is at its highest , most dish that is served is on plates we have to physics wipe clean ourselves , we serve staged food ( means extra food such as a burger or chicken that work be extra that’s just reheated on the flat top “ water steam “ ) hand washing is at a bare minimum. Half of the uncooked food sits either in or have ice bags on top to try and maintain serving temperature which we barely manage to make. Any and everything is just about or if not over 40 degree temperature which is grounds for growth of bacteria but hey if the money spends they sell. Mildew is at its highest whether it’s the walls , cutting boards , or utensils. They water whip the pastas ( meaning they add water to the sauces ). We drink ( alcohol ) the line , we get high on the back dock or by the dumpster ( management knows fully because the partake ) I’m not a manager but I been out there or we been out there togather , hell if you take adderalls or vyvanse some of your best customers work FOH. They won’t say it but we actually contaminated a very well known oil based company ( that we signed a contract with to cater 3 times a day ) with raw chicken that had been half cooked ( sear marks ) and staged on a ( cooling rack ) not to mention for hours reheated and served to workers as if we just had done it. I’m not going to say all the workers are sus but majority are. So I highly advise you inspect your food , silverware , plates, etc. before...
Read moreOrdered Kendall Jackson Chardonnay and it was flat. Told our AWESOME waitress Brianna, and she immediately took action to replace the wine and open a new bottle. The bartender told her to get the manager because she did not think wine went flat (lol), and, Ace the manager, came up to me and said “I can offer you this one (not Kendall Jackson) but I cannot open another bottle of Kendall Jackson because I would lose money”. My husband said she will probably drink two glasses, and it is a Saturday (11am), I’m sure it will be drank today. I told the manager I did not want another glass pored from the first bottle, that was sent to me, and requested Kendall Jackson again - fresh. Our waitress, Brianna, gave the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and apologized multiple times for something she did nothing wrong except make sure our experience was the BEST. I drank two glasses of FRESH Kendall Jackson wine, and left satisfied, and gave Brianna a generous tip in cash just for her. Ace, please do better and remember YOUR job as a manger is customer satisfaction above all. We have never had this poor service ever, and we go there very often. Again, Brianna, YOU ROCKED AND DID A FABULOUS JOB. We will definitely be asking...
Read moreGood food. Attentive servers. It's a sports bistro so expect it to have a loud and lively atmosphere. Ample selection of appetizers and everyone has their favorites....Cheese Logs are mine; which are hand battered with panko bread crumbs. The panko makes the difference as well as the size. You get 5 to an order but it's definitely worth splitting with someone because unless you can put down a lot of food, those 5 logs will fill you up and you won't have room for your entree. For my entree, I ordered the Warm Turkey and Swiss sandwich which comes with hand carved turkey, swiss cheese, caramelized onions, tomato, garlic aioli, on a brioche bun. I got mine without the tomato since I find tomatoes tend to make your sandwich mushy if you're a slow eater and brioche is a soft bread anyway. I was not disappointed. This is a go to sandwich for me @ home but the caramelized onions and the garlic aioli on brioche made it a winner. It's that perfect menu item when you don't know what you want to eat, you're not that hungry, and you don't want anything heavy. I had mine with a side of fresh fruit and had a wonderful evening with...
