I went in today for the first time to get me and my son some lunch just while waiting in line I noticed bizzare behavior from the cashier woman an elderly gentleman was ordering and she was giving him an attitude and slamming his drink down infront of him. And a younger teen was waiting for her order as well and when the cashier again slammed it on tbe counter and stared hard at the teenage girl. Neither the young lady or man had said anything rude or been aggrivating in anyway that I could see. When it came time for me to order I asked for the 4 piece chicken nugget meal she went along and put in bbq sauce fries and km (kids meal coke) and asked what else. I asked her to change the bbq sauce to ranch the fries to apple pieces and coke to milk since my son is too young for soda. She threw a fit and walked over to the cooks and muttered the changes without them even noticing. I asked for it to be changed again as I was not going to accept the order she typed in. She brought the manager over who said it rings up like that unless you change it. I said yes I was trying to change it. Manager walks away and cashier does not change it. Cashier proceeds to ask the rest of my order I assume she will correct the kids meal while typing in my order. She does not and she stands off to the side staring at the cooks yet not telling them the adjustments nor even taking my money. It was the most rude and strange interaction I have had ever with a cashier. I also work in customer service and I understand not being in the best mood but this was just flat out...
Read moreAtrocious customer service. Placed an order through the app, spent 3 minutes at the drive-thru intercom. When they came on, they said "hello." We told them we had a mobile order, but wasn't responded to. After several minutes we pulled up to the first window, where 3 visible employees ignored us. We pulled up to the second window, we were told they didn't have our order. I showed them the order on my phone, they told us to back up to the first window. When we got there, the guy said to pull up to the second window that we just came from. We told him to go talk to the woman at the second window because we didn't know where they wanted us. We waited a few minutes, nobody came to talk to us, so we just pulled to the second window again to tell them we were canceling our order to which the female employee just said ok. No apologies, or anything. Looks like they were just happy not to have to work on our order. Breakfast was over so I just ordered a anysize $1 drink, I got to the window and the store manager “light skin female” told me that my card didn’t work because it wasn’t activated. I just used my card so I know it wasn’t true. I called my bank and they said that it was never even swiped at Wendy’s. I went inside the location and saw the manager reswiping another card and I said my bank said nothing is wrong with my card. She said well I’m not serving you. I asked why and she said I was being rude. It was an elderly lady right there witnessing and she even asked her why she couldn’t serve me and the manager said she has the right to refuse service. I asked for a number to call and she called the police on me. As a veteran and just a respectful customer this is the worse I have ever been treated in any establishment.
