Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

It was awful, the staff is rude, I ordered two jr. Cheeseburger deluxe with heavy ketchup; the bottoms of the Buns were crunchy and stale. I asked for fries with no salt , and instead of dropping new fries, she took fries that were already in the bin put them back in the grease. Then, I took my stale cheeseburger deluxes and rebaked french fries to get ketchup, and there's no ketchup on the pumps. Why does Wendy's put those two stainless steel canisters out there if they're not going to use them? I was told I could use ketchup packets. I don't like ketchup packets because I didn't taste the aluminum from the packaging.

When I questioned the young lady about it, she was told it's not her problem. It is Saturday afternoon 5 p.m., and only myself and two other sets of guests have walked through this door. It is not because they are busy!

You are the manager, you decided to work here, and you ultimately failed in your responsibilities because you did not make sure your dining room was in proper function prior to the beginning of your shift. I tried go inside the restaurant to place an order on but the door was locked. I've went to the other door that door was locked too. I've seen a family of 4 inside the restaurant sitting down eating. I droved to the mobile order parking. I've placed an order on Wendy's mobile App while parked. The App said order will be ready in 10 minutes, then go inside the restaurant to pickup mobile order. Now it's about 12 minutes, I've went back to the doors and both doors was locked. I've waited for the person at the drive window to pull off, then I've walked up to the drive thru window to ask about my order. I've asked them why the doors are locked, it was told to me they have people inside eating. Then I asked why the doors to go inside the restaurant locked? They keep having my review deleted, so I’m posting it again bc I will never let this location forget what they did to me! I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on uber eats and when I bit into it it was hard to bite through, I looked at it and it was a breaded piece of completely raw chicken, I was amazed at what I was looking at, I drove to the store to show them, they offered to make a new one and I declined bc why would I want to eat from a place that would be so careless as to serve someone a completely raw piece of chicken!? I mean I just do t understand how anyone can be that moronic! But I noticed they deleted my review for a second time, so here it is AGAIN, for a third time, take a look at the food they served me! This has to be a health code violation and I should’ve reported them! If they keep trying to delete these reviews of mine I will look into...
