Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Louisiana

If I spend 32$ on just TWO meals and cheese bites I expect to ATLEAST GET THE NUMBER OF WINGS I ORDERED! I got a 10 piece boneless wing combo and drove 30 minutes away where I live when I open my food to eat I only have 4 wings ?! I paid 10$ for 4 wings and unseasoned soggy fries ?!??? HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED beings I waited 20 minutes for the food. And no they were NOT busy whatsoever. I’m not normally the type to leave a review but since they can’t seem to answer their phone up there I want to get my point across. Not trying to be a Karen but I haven’t gotten to eat all day and I was starving and got only 4 freaking wings waste of money time and patience NEVER will be back to this establishment beings this is not the first time they have made a mistake with my food. Maybe they should hire people who can actually count is it really that challenging to count to 10? Do better FORREAL! I have never been so mad from my food being wrong in my life the wings I ordered where delicious to bad I only got 4/10 of what I order...

Just moved out here. Been to this location twice and BOTH times they neglected to give me back my debit card at the drive thru window. I tried going in the lobby but lobby was closed for some odd reason at 2pm. Also asked for sweet tea, they have me unsweetened. OH and to top it all off there was a piece of hair in my food. Freaking disgusting! The guy at window was not very pleasant. He had an attitude bc I had attitude that they didn't give me my debit card back. Excuse me but fraud is a thing! I'll have to watch my bank acct for awhile to make sure no random charges were made. Ridiculous they need a better system of drive thru. Anywhere else I go the card is scanned and immediately handed back to me. Why can't they jist do that. Sorry zaxby but probably won't be back due to bad employees. Gotta do better. This seems to be one of the better Zaxby's locations in the Baton Rouge area. Employees are friendly and helpful, and the food has been excellent the few times I've visited.

If you really want to enjoy the visit, however, don't look at the nutritional information. Although the food options are pretty tasty, all that flavor comes at a dietary cost. The calories and sodium in a typical meal are through the roof. If you're trying to keep it "light," any of the salads other than the Zensation (sporting 1220 calories) can be had under 700 calories.
