NEVER again at THIS location!!! We were there Saturday (9/20) I was in the far lane only 2 cars ahead of me. Other lane had 2 as well but 2 more pulled in behind me and another car in the 1st lane. The girl taking orders. Looks at me and says 1min, cool no worries. Then she goes to the 2 cars behind me then the other cars in the first lane. I said excuse me you didn't get mine. She looked at me and walks off to another vehicle -- Now I'm behind 1 vehicle. She finally comes for my order and acts like we bothered her. -- So the lady in front of us gets her order. Then just sits there. Well turns out she makes ANOTHER ORDER sitting there. 1. Cashier should have told her to go around because by this time is was super busy 2. Didn't give any care about those behind her. Then she goes to pay for it and the cashier amd her couldn't figure out the card payment on her tablet. By now this is 10mins EASY and I'm FURIOUS along with everyone behind me. When I said that she should have been told to go around the whole staff thought they were cool and decided to be rude. I got my drink and there was NO ICE in it..watered down and it was disgusting! I ordered pumpkin blonde....there wasn't any pumpkin at all in it. The "manger'ish" that came out says "it's not my problem you were skipped for an order" says pumpkin is in it then she shugs.....REALLY?!?! We'll YES it is your problem your employee skipped customers KNOWING she skipped us. 🙄 I've been to this location over 20times. This is the 2nd time and NEVER AGAIN. Read moreThis particular location is awful. I love 7 brew and was so excited to have one close to home and on my way to work. I stop by at least 3 times a week and have routinely had horrible experience. I’ve tried brushing it off as it’s a new location and they’re still trying to get established and into the swing of things. But when you have young adults / teenagers that are more preoccupied with socializing with their coworkers than taking care of customers it’s a problem. I stopped today and there was two cars ahead of me. Two more cars pulled in behind me. I watched the two young ladies watch me pull in, look at me then service the two cars behind me. Again I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I sat there for ten minutes waiting while watching them fool around. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. The coffee has a 50/50 chance of being good. Some days it’s perfect. Other days it’s so runny that it’s like it’s been sitting in the sun for 30 minutes. I’ll just start going back to the bardstown road location, never had any issues there and the staff is extremely nice...
Read moreI go to 7B quite frequently (3-4/week) but today was a totally different experience. At the Preston Hwy location, I ordered a watermelon, lime and kiwi seven energy extra sweet. What I go was absolutely garbage and does not look ANYTHING like when I have gotten it previously. When I mentioned that it did not look right- that girl at the booth argued that it was because they got different syrup. I proceeded to taste it while still in the bay and it tastes like watered down Red Bull. The girl at the bay continued to give me attitude and said I guess they can remake it- when I confirmed she was told by someone inside that they would NOT remake it.
