This place just opened but is already falling apart.
Been here twice and my order has been wrong twice. When I go to the 2nd window, no one helps me.
The employee read back my order, it was right. When I got the food and checked at the second window, it was missing an item. Waited at the 2nd window after waiting an excessive amount of time. Tried to go inside and the lobby was so busy it wasn't worth the trouble after already waiting a long time to even get the food.
Called to ask what I should have done and the manager was cutting me off as I was talking and when I explained what happened she expressed the store is too busy, they are understaffed, and need more resources. Her solution was to not go during weekends or during lunch/dinner time (kinda the point of a fast food place)
I feel bad for her and the employees, but the store owner really needs more staff. This restaurant simply won't do well.
I already will not come back and will just drive down Preston to get my food.
Don't be mean to the employees, but this place is not ready to cope with the amount of business it has. The employees seem very stressed but trying their best.
EDIT: After looking closer, I was not only charged for the missing item, but I realized I didn't get the extra fires (I got...
Read moreI just had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at this Popeyes. I placed a mobile order for two meals with popcorn shrimp and blackened tenders. After about a 10-minute wait in the drive-thru, I got to the window, confirmed my order, and was handed a bag with a “Have a nice day.”
When I got home, I found two tiny pieces of chicken and a biscuit no shrimp at all. The “boneless wings” I ordered were actually bone-in, which I don’t even eat. There was cocktail sauce in the bag, so clearly shrimp was supposed to be included.
I went back to the store and was told they no longer sell shrimp. How was I supposed to know that when the app still lets you order it? If that’s the case, why include cocktail sauce? Instead of apologizing, the cashier asked, “Who gave you the food?” Like seriously? Just resolve the issue. I just want the $28 worth of food I ordered.
This visit was completely disappointing poor communication, zero accountability, and no customer care. What makes it worse is that I had just given a glowing review to another Popeyes across town where the staff were friendly and professional. This experience was the...
Read moreI ordered online. But I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. When I got to this location the gentleman at the window informed me I ordered at wrong store and then began to help me figure out how to refund my money and order at this location. The support on the website was no help at all. It told me 24-48 hours before they would even reach out to me. The gentleman at the window asked what my order was and proceeded to go get the kitchen to make my order. Then he brought me my food. Even though I hadn't paid at that location for it. I want to give a shout out to this guy. He told me the store I ordered at wasn't a franchise with this location or he would call that store and cancel it there and get it sent to this location. All around he was so helpful. If hes reading this...I told you I would give you a good review. I wasnt sure where to leave it. But Thank You from the bottom of my heart. If I get a refund from the app sometime tonight, im calling this store to pay for my food! Something this small made my day...with the world how it is, it just takes a little kindness from another person....
