Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Louisville

This place is always great and always quick to get your order and get you out. I think the longest I've waited is maybe 15 to 20 minutes and you're talking like 15 cars in front of me as well. At McDonald's or somewhere else that would be an hour wait to usually get food that isn't even fresh or good half the time. Here my foods always been hot and accurate. The girls working here are all friendly and gorgeous like it's a requirement lol. The guys are just as friendly and I'm sure some people would find them gorgeous just the same. Service is always with a smile. Sidenote, I personally recommend their grilled chicken. It is just beyond amazing. Even better than the grilled chicken I make myself and I hate admitting that because everyone loves my grilled chicken. But definitely try the grilled chicken nuggies or the grilled chicken club with Colby Jack cheese, it comes with bacon, lettuce and tomato which I personally leave off. I promise you won't be disappointed...

I read these reviews and wonder if any of y’all ever worked fast food with mostly young adults working. Most of this staff is new and they are still working out technical issues as well as staffing shortages. So before you decide to tear these workers down through a review, maybe give them the common courtesy they deserve, as they are still working the bugs out. And the mobile drive thru is a corporate plan, so it will probably be making its way to other drive thru lines. I also put in a carry out order on a Saturday. Waited well over 20 minutes for my order, but they were super busy, so I waited patiently. The employee on drinks was really struggling. Maybe because she was new or in a new position, but she looked like a deer in headlights. She had to step away to compose herself while others helped to get her position caught back up. First, I'll start by saying I do love Chick-fil-A. However, this is the second time at the Preston Hwy location I have paid for a 12 piece grilled nuggets and not gotten 12 pieces. The first time about a month ago I received 9 grilled nuggets. This time I only received 8 grilled nuggets. I am being charged for a 12 piece and not getting what I paid for. I can understand it happening once, but this is the second time.

I usually always order a 12 piece grilled nugget and a side salad. I split it in half and make it two meals. When they short me on my protein, it is frustrating mainly because I paid extra for a 12 count, and Im not getting what I paid for.
