Culver’s — Restaurant in Louisville

Ok so I did have an issue that normally would have earned this place a lower rating! So... why is it a 5 🌟 you ask? When we ordered our food through the drive through, we took it on our way out of town for a weeks vacation. So when we got on the highway to start our journey, we found that the burgers were over cooked and not hot! The fries were also not hot or salted!! We weren't to far away when we figured this out but ultimately we decided to call and inform them about the food and keep our schedule! Besides letting them know about it we were going to eat it and continue on to our destination! However when we called we got an awesome manager! She was very apologetic about the service we had received and said if we would come back she would re-fix the entire order and also give us a refund!! We told her that wasn't the reason for the call and that we were in fact on our way out of town! She then asked when we would return! A week! She said ok! What's your name? I tell her and she says that when we get back to come in and give my name and the food will be made correct! 3 days after we get back from vacation we decided to get lunch here again! The manager on duty could not find the place where the other manager had wrote down our information! So we were like no big deal we still need food! So we ordered our food and just as we were about to pay the other manager came back with a sticky note from the office that had all the details from our previous visit! She said that the meal was on them and asked to accept this as their apology! This time the burger was hot and the fries were hot and salted!! We are originally from North Central Indiana where we had a Culver’s and we moved to Central Kentucky about 8 years ago where they didn’t have any. We were surprised to find there was one of these in Louisville. Full disclosure we didn’t really search so this was a nice surprise and it was just as we expected.

Nice and clean facility. Great, fresh food. We came in about tail end of the rush and they needed to get the tables clean and they came right out as we were looking for a table and cleaned one up for us. I did notice the table next to us had some of those late harvest ants and they acknowledged they were battling them and were quick to get them and apologized and said they had their guy coming out tomorrow to hopefully rid of them. Which it was no biggy as it’s that time of year even we just had to spray for them at our little farm house. While we were there they came back a couple more times to check to see if they had came back so they were staying on top of it and they went above and beyond to make sure customers weren’t dealing with it so that really stood out to me because most places would’ve just been like well they’ll be out and let it go. We stayed and had dessert and some seniors came in with canes and I even seen one of the employees help get their drinks for them.

I visited this location for the third time in 6 weeks and all three times I have been there shortly very shortly after 9:30 sometimes 9:34 sometimes 9:32 one time 9:35 so 25 minutes before you close your restaurant I I always order mashed potatoes with brown gravy and every single time if it's after 9:30 the employees say I'm sorry we're out of mashed potatoes I do not believe for one second that Culver's is out of mashed potatoes mysteriously every time I go in there after 9:30 If I go in there at 9:15 you have mashed potatoes ridiculous and tonight you didn't have mashed potatoes again so I ordered a double butter burger lettuce tomato onion and cheese only of course the last two times that I ordered it just like that I got home that there was no tomatoes on perhaps y'all was out of tomatoes that night also I'm very dissatisfied with my 9:16-2024 visit at the register tape reads 8:37.56 p.m. so I'm very disappointed covers very disappointed I usually don't have anything but good things to say about you and I would excuse something if it happened only once but this seems to be occurring quite a bit I would expect that it would get corrected have a great day You're two star...
