I ordered by phone at 5:55 pm today. They quoted me 20-25 minutes on my carryout order. I arrive at their location at 6:15 and pay for my order.
I waited until 6:41 and then asked for a refund and left empty handed. 46 minutes of my day is now gone and I'm still hungry.
This was going to be my last stop before going home from work for the day. Sadly I had to go get food somewhere else. 46 minutes is an unacceptable time.
I love their pizza however now I am adding Dominos to my boycott list along with others who are on there like McDonald's, Little Caesar's, and Steak n Shake.
There was only 2 people working the front.
Not once was there an update on my pizza. There was no apology.
It was the poorest example of customer service I have experienced in a long while.
I called their customer service phone number and waited on the phone for 25 minutes and finally hung up because they were "experiencing heavy call volume".
If you are looking for quick and friendly service, DO NOT GO TO DOMINOS ON PRESTON HIGHWAY!!!!!
I would love to see this resolved somehow, but right now I am not sure how they can make up for it.
They made me feel like a 1 star customer so a 1 star review is...
Read moreI don’t think I’ve ever gotten the correct order delivered from this Domino’s in under an hour. We’ve had completely incorrect orders delivered hours later, we’ve had orders missing items, and we’ve had drivers not follow delivery instructions.
I’m currently waiting on an order I placed two hours ago. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes with nobody answering the phone. According to their online pizza tracker, my pizza has been out of the oven for 15 minutes, and it still isn’t on its way here.
Edit/update: I finally received my order, 2 hours and 20 minutes after it was placed. It was missing a marinara sauce which cost $1.54. I had ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese. Instead, I got a pizza with toppings covering the entire pizza.
Using the Domino’s website, I was able to report these issues, and I received rewards points that are supposedly worth one free pizza, redeemable for up to 30 days. That’s right, in order for them to “make things right,” I’ll have to place another order from Domino’s sometime this month. I can’t wait to experience...
Read moreI posted this to the dominos site but once I got home my pizza was also COLD. When I ordered my food, I ordered curbside and texted the number “HERE” like it instructed me to do. After waiting about fifteen minutes I decided to go inside just to check on my order. Whether it was ready or not, I was fine with it. The older lady told me to call in my order because the lobby was closed. I told her I had ordered online and she repeatedly told me to call in my order because the lobby was closed. I went back to my car and another fifteen minutes later she comes to my car and tells me to CALL IN. After I told her it was online she brings up my order and basically tells me to call it in instead of ordering online. She was extremely rude, my food was cold, and I was nothing but polite until she got an attitude with me from the jump. It’s not my fault you’re having a bad day at work. Maybe learn how to take both phone and online orders before getting rude with customers...
