Dunkin' — Restaurant in Louisville

I come to this location every single day almost, as I live in walking distance away from here. They normally have good, and very nice workers working inside but today was different for me. The lady who was at the window this morning was an arrab lady (don’t know her name) but she can barely speak English correctly. I ordered an ice coffee DRESSED LIKE a Cookie Butter Latte, and told her I still want the CB cold foam and all the cookie pieces on the top (my favorite part of the drink) Well , this morning I had a little less money in my bank account then I thought so I had to pay half with change and half with my card. The 1st time I accidentally didn’t give her enough change and she told me my card was declined with a smug look on her face, I then apologized and told her I’d have to put more change towards my order as I thought I had more money on my card than what I did , so I gave her more change and finally my card went through. She very rudely handed me back my debit card and then SLAMMED the window so hard that it bounced back open , and the when I received my drink, it didn’t have the cookie pieces on the top like I specifically asked for , I then was waving through the window to get her attention and when she finally noticed me she looked at me in the rudest way I’ve ever been looked at by someone in my life and opened the window and said “WHAT” I said I’m sorry again but this was suppossed to have cookie pieces on it . After that, she didn’t even say anything to me she just took my coffee, fixed the issue and handed it back. I ordered ahead for drive thru pickup. Got to the window and the lady tells me to pull to the second window for my drink. I didn’t think abt this until I had gotten to the second window that, the person in front of me had actually just gotten their drink through the first window … not the second one. I got to the second window and not a soul was there. I waited and waited and saw multiple cars pull off from the first window, but then when I saw someone get a drink …again, from that first window that was it for me. I finally just went inside and there was a line and I noticed that no one went to that first window at all. No one was even working over there. I had to stop the lady because no one bothered to help me. I got the attn of the lady that told me to pull up & told her that I saw her hand out multiple drinks but I still hadnt received mine. She just looked at me like I was crazy. Turns out …. my drink was just sitting on the counter. Service is horrible … I won’t...

I don’t leave many reviews but I’m leaving one here bc I don’t want them to change lol. I have tried the Dunkin on Dixie several times and they are literally the worst. Haven’t been there in years now. Has saved me money for sure lol. I pass this one on Cane every day on the way home from dropping my daughter off at school and I decided to give them a try bc they’re new and assumedly have different owners. I’ve gone 5 times now and each time it’s been great! I go around 7:30 and I’ve never had to wait and the drinks have always been made correctly. Even when there are a couple of cars in front of me, I’ve never had to wait or pull to a spot or anything! Every cashier has been bubbly and friendly, and I’m in customer service and I know that’s hard in the morning lol.
