Jaggers — Restaurant in Louisville

I was thinking about going here for sometime now and when I passed it 4 times in one day I was like ok, I'll stop. I walked in, washed my hands and saw these great bathroom door covers. Made me laugh 🤣. I then went to the counter and was treated like a rockstar. I was very impressed. After I couldn't make up my mind I did what I always do and flipped a coin. It landed on heads for the bacon cheese burger and fry. It was brought out to me and even said "I brought you an extra container of sauce (jaggers sauce) to dip your frys in. I was like well ya,.... 🤣. Everything was so delicious. I couldn't find the words to explain the flavor in my mouth. The bacon burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was mouth watering. Wow! Didn’t know what to expect. Glad to visit! If a busy food-to-go line was an indicator for good food- you’d be correct!! We sat down and ordered on the app. So many yummy choices. This place is run by the same company as’Texas Roadhouse’ and the food is of the same good quality! Had the California version of a hamburger and a side salad. (The ranch dressing is the same quality as TX Roadhouse as well as the meat of the hamburger!) Funny story- Our food was given away to someone in the drive thru! We thought it was taking too long. Guess that’s what ya get ordering food in the restaurant on their app! Such a great team- they corrected the situation and made ours really quickly. Monday 2:30 going through the drive-thru of this Jagger's there was a lone person standing by the order sign.. A 5 ft 6, 5 ft 8, male in casual clothing, sweatshirt or a hoodie.

He was on his phone and he had some kind of black thing that may have been a tablet.

I asked him if he was a Jaggers employee and he said yes. He had no outward identification as a Jagger's employee. I asked him about it and he said it's under his shirt.

He was polite and asked for an order. I said no way I'm a giving random dude my credit card to pay for something.

Sounds to me like they need new management at that location.
