As I'm talking through the drive-thru speaker, I asked about 5 times "hello?, anyone there?" Finally I'm greeted by someone who is speaking too fast. So I ask them to repeat it, they did the same exact thing, so the third time I actually said "can you slow down and speak up" the worker said " our drive-thru is closed down, you'll have to come in and place an order, unless you want to wait 30 minutes"... ok, I walk in. There's a young man, at the counter taking orders, but the ladies in the back keep pulling him to the side the whole time I was standing in line, basically blaming him for everything going wrong, and mind you; the drive-thru was closed, so this young man needed to stay at the counter to continue to place orders instead of being pulled off or scolded loudly in front of customers.. He looked new.. I finally got to the counter, after about 7 minute wait.. I placed my order... Got it within 5 mins, but the food was wrong, at this point the young man stepped away from the counter, because the young woman kept screaming at him... I tried to wait for them to finish, but the argument was going well onto 2 minutes, so I said . " excuse me ma'am this order is incorrect" And for whatever reason she decides to argue back with me that it was right, even though she wasn't even the one that took the order. They reluctantly fixed it... But when I got home the food was so greasy, mostly tacos that the grease had soaked through the bag, and my tacos hit the pavement... I understand Taco Bell is not top of the line five star food, but come on, I do have some level of expectation because the Taco Bell right down the street from this location...
Read moreI have worked around the corner for over a year now and have visited this KFC/Taco Bell location around 30 times, but have absolutely NEVER had a pleasant experience. Half of the time, they don't serve Taco Bell even though it's on their menu, and the other half of the time the food is made wrong or I'm given the wrong food OR they forget items. I usually send a driver, so it isn't like I could check my own food before leaving. There are constantly issues with common items and the 5 times or so that I've ordered a famous bowl with NO CORN and had them repeat it to me, I was always given a bowl with corn. It always seems like they're understaffed. Most of the employees are very rude and visibly unhappy to be there, but I have seen a few genuinely sweet employees that didn't seem to last long. I dread coming here now, but it's pretty much the only option with McDonald's either closed for remodeling or with a line halfway down the street. I'm not lying when I say I have never had an order go through successfully without an issue or problem, and the orders are usually very simple like a quesadilla with chips and salsa or a famous bowl with no corn. I don't ask a lot because I work customer service myself, but this is one of the worst run fast food locations I've ever visited in my life and I hate that I don't really have any other options...
Read moreThis places deserves no stars... The only good thing about this place is its location. Everytime I order from here it takes 15 minutes or more to recieve my items. I've not had a wrong order but every time I go they have people complaining about their wrong order. I was just in today for lunch, and while I was waiting an Asian man with clearly broken English was trying to explain to the manager his order was wrong, there was clear miscommunication between him and the cashier due to the language barrier. As he was trying to explain as best he could, the manager began getting visibly frustrated. The manager even said, "sir I do not understand you. We have a language barrier." The Asian gentleman rephrased his complaint but interjected his native language. The manager snapped at him and mocked said language, "Ching ching chong awe ching! See we have a language barrier!". This was in the front of the store where all could witness... I was in complete shock by this insensitivity and racist behavior! I looked around in the store and no one seemed to be phased. I seriously could not phathom the spectacle before my eyes. I wont be back for this very reason. I understand it is a franchise but corporate will expect a call from me about this.
