Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

I do not recommend visiting the Taco Bell/KFC combination location I visited during my lunch break today. I stopped by to pick up food for myself and a coworker, including Doritos Locos Tacos and Fiesta Potatoes. Unfortunately, the Fiesta Potatoes had an unpleasant taste—similar to mold—which suggested they may have been spoiled or improperly stored.

I called the location to politely inform them that they may want to check the quality of their potatoes. However, the employee who answered the phone responded with a very unprofessional attitude. Rather than addressing the concern constructively, she sarcastically stated that she didn’t know what mold tastes like and insisted the potatoes were made fresh. She told me the only resolution would be to return to the location for a refund or replacement, but her tone was consistently rude throughout the conversation.

Due to the negativity and lack of customer service, I chose not to return. My intention was simply to help ensure no other customers had a similar experience, but the response I received was disappointing...

The store had one care in front of us. This is a place that consistently gets your order wrong. I try to keep it simple. We ordered two Taco burrito craving box. I ordered two Cantino Tacos. I asked for them twice at the drive through. When we got to the window, they left them out. I reminded him he added them to the order. they threw two soft Tacos in with the rest. I got down the block and was checking. I could not find them. We turned around. I went through the drive through. they argued. We found the soft taco. I never requested the soft taco and the tacos looked like the others. thoth associate had never bothered to tell me he put them in their. The “Manager” was a short African American girl. She stated there they are, made a duck face, Said Thank you, and slammed the window. I told her no, take this back and refund my card. They refunded my card. I gave the food back. There was nobody in line at drive-thru so I hoped the service would be fast since I only had 20 minutes left in my lunch break. When I got to window the cashier told me to pull forward and wait for food where I found that 3 other cars where already waiting. 10 minutes later an employee came out and told me they couldn't make my order (bean and rice burritos)because they had run out of rice. This was at 11:20 in the morning so I don't really understand why they they would run out of ingredients only 20 minutes after opening. I made a 2nd order and it took about 5 more minutes which gave me very little time to eat.
