I came into this shop with two items worth half of their stock. They didn't even put an eye glass on, use a diamond tester, or view my appraisal documents. They told me a 5,000 appraised half carrot Diamond and a 1,000 dollar bracelet were worth around 200-300 dollars 🤣. They said never pay jewelry store prices that gold was worth it's weight. Then have items on display and for sale high above it's weight so THEY make the money 😆😂. Basically, they'll buy your items for 100's, insult your intelligence, & then sale your item for 1,000's. Shop was totally empty with no one else in it but me & these cornballs. I wouldn't go here to buy or sale from these con-artist. It'll an old folk owned shop with ancient owners trying to screw over...
Read moreI brought my husband’s ring in because it was broken on the bottom. So, the bottom of the band needed white gold added, because it was thin. So, it was a anniversary gift, but it didn’t fit ( definitely not their fault). So, on the actual day of our anniversary we went back with my husband and because my husband needed a half size bigger they kept it for a day and fix it, and didn’t charge me, and it was my fault. Anywhere else would charge. They are very nice and now I won’t go anywhere else. I love the place and I support family owned business. Try them out for repairs or buy.
