Went inside and no service so I returned to my car. 2:30 in the afternoon. Only one man at the counter giving an order. No one in the seats or eating inside. Both handicapped parking areas were full but no handicapped stickers, I have a handicap sticker. I pulled to the drive thru and stated that both handicapped spaces at the door were full but no customers autos because I had just been inside, the man inside was driving a truck. They said a worker is disabled and parks there.....really??? Disabled enough for parking permit but can work????/ Anyways the manager told me to get out of her drive thru several times so I told her to take one of her chicken legs and stick it where the sun don't shine. As I was pulling out of the lot, THE MANAGER was hanging out of the drive thru window yelling at me....so I pulled over to the window and ask her what she was doing yelling at a customer....She said my name is KIESHA...get it straight.... she continued yelling out and hanging out of the window as I was still pulling out of the lot.....is that real customer service????Maybe that is why they had no customers compared to all the other...
Read moreTook a while for someone to notice I was at the counter. It was freezing inside the place, I had to leave my heavy jacket on the whole time. Ordered my food, and it came out quick enough. I had chicken, taters, corn, and a biscuit. They gave me a spoon. No butter, honey, knife, etc. They are all kept behind the counter. So I asked for a knife, honey, and lots of butter. They gave me 1 butter. So I asked for a handful. When I went to put butter on my biscuit, they were all frozen solid... Being crafty, I tucked 3 under each leg to warm them. Opened up my taters and corn...barely lukewarm. Same with the chicken. In fact, the bottom of the breast was so cold it felt like it had been in the fridge. So now I go to put my "warmer" butter on the taters, they were so cold it didn't even melt a little. Needless to say, I didn't finish the meal. I did go tell someone they might wanna check their warmers since my food was so cold. All she said was "Ok, thanks". No "I'm sorry" or anything. I highly doubt my...
Read moreWe checked our order after exiting the drive through. The order was not correct so I went inside. Everyone ignored me until I raised my bag and then a young man walked over. I don’t think he knew English. I tried to tell him what was wrong. Then a lady came over. She said that I didn’t have to yell at the man. I wasn’t yelling but I do tend to talk loud with my mask on. She identified herself as Maryann ( not sure of the spelling). She did not have a mask on and proceeded to take the boxes out of the bag. I told her she didn’t have a mask on and I was not going to take that food as she was breathing all over it. She asked someone to get a mask. Then she asked what my order was. They reboxed the order and I checked it before I left. It was still wrong. So I asked for my money back. The young man who brought the bag to the counter slammed his hand down hard and loud on the counter. Scared me. I got my money and left. I wish I had taken my purse in. I would have recorded the...
