Attention this store is selling under cooked meat. Salmonella poisoning. Even after returning my meal the manager was rude an very offensive. To start she said that I had done something to my order. My meal was under cooked.they forgot my biscuits an it was half an half. An when I was getting no where with this manager I asked to talk to her boss an she grabs her name tag an says rudely am in charge of this store. So over an over I asked to speak to a different manager. She was talking an yelling at me as if I had done something. I asked her to replace my meal that I just drove 25mins. For twice an to replace my money. An she said no that she would only replace the meal. An as she did this she decides there is someone else she could call on the phone. So again I repeated that this was more then just a common mistake. An again this manager said to bad to siad. An even asked me how dare me ask for a free 40 Dollar meal how could I expect that. I wanted to say no I only expected my meal cooked an as I ordered an with what I ordered,but I didn't I shood there as the staff made comments about me wanting something for free. An as I waited one man changed the trash an next put together a meal. Then a women cleaning lobby with mop bucket to going right to handling food herself. Not one employee washed their hands or wore gloves. This store was unclean in kitchen, lobby,bathroom. This is not something to be over looked. Its just nasty. An the managers are just rude. This is my first review in my life. I understand being busy or having a hard day but this was far from your day to day mistakes... calling health department Monday morning.....
Read moreI went to the Cathedral City KFC on 07 18 16 at 6pm. and the first thing I noticed and I was about to enter the door was posted a paper stateing that transactions with a debit/credit card would incur a 49 cent charge but I was ok with that then next thing I noticed that the air was warm even though you could hear the ac was on, there were no shades or tinted windows anywhere so where ever you sat down it would be in the bright light of the sun and it would be very warm. I ordered my meal and waited...and waited, I asked the cashier when would my meal be ready? mind you several customers arrived after I placed my order and had left, Well she realized that they forgot my meal order and said she was sorry so I told her I would take my meal to go..the ice in my drink had melted while waiting. So I took my meal home and then opened it up. first the potatoes wedges were not warm or fresh and the extra crispy breast of chicken I requested was not what I received. overall it was the worst service I had received in quite a while and I eat out often. Read moreI spoke to the manager of store J295008 in Jan 2014 about how the American flag was in tatters and still on your flag pole, Your store is across the street from a cemetery where SEVERAL soldiers/veterans are buried (my husband being one of those soldiers) and today 16 April 2014 the flag was still in tatters, I went 1.5 miles east to Wal-Mart and paid $32.72 for a flag I then went back to your store and REPLACED your flag, as I was done replacing the flag, I was invited in I ordered a meal went to pay for it the manager comped it, (thank god the chicken was burned) gave me a local number for corporate who at 4 p.m. no one answered it just went to voice mail. Again the manager said she had ordered the flag the last time I was there but it had not arrived yet. If you cannot afford to buy an AMERICAN FLAG every 4-6 months or as needed, then the options are 1. take the flag pole down and don't have a flag or a pole, 2. close the store. 3. get a new manager.
