This storage unit on Bunsen road is absolutely horrific if you have your stuff in there take it out you plan on getting the storage do not take it to this location take it out do not rent from them and if you already do take your stuff out this is the thirstiest story I've ever seen in my entire life I started my storage unit on July 23rd 2025 on the 1st of August they sent me a email stating that they were going to sell my storage they didn't state that the storage unit bill was due on the 1st of every month but I started my storage unit on the 23rd so I hurried up and paid it as soon as I paid it I immediately get a email stating they're going to sell my storage after I paid it the manager of the storage stated that that was a glitch within 2 weeks I got another one due to car issues and other life issues I wasn't able to pay my bill on the 1st of September I planned on paying it before the next month starting the 6th of the month they started sending me emails stating they were going to sell my storage within 6 days of the bill being due I thought it was another glitch I couldn't get in to pay my storage until the 29th of September mind you my other bill are current and up to date by the 29th of September they scheduled my storage to be sold in October they stated that if you don't pay your bill on the 1st of the month by the 15th of the month they auction your stuff off of storage for 15 days late I started my storage a month and a half ago I've already paid two bills they have sent me about seven different emails stating they was going to sell my storage in a month and a half that...

I paid for the space and had my stuff moved in, now it’s a week and a half later and they tell me that my payment didn’t go through. Mind you my stuff has been in the unit for almost 2 weeks. Called them after receiving a voicemail about “an important matter” and was told I owe the move in fee on top of a bounced check fee. When I sounded a little frustrated Anne decided she wasn’t going to deal with my “attitude” about my personal belongings and hung up on me then refused to answer the phone when I called back. Now I am going to lose several items worth more than the storage unit cost me because I don’t have the money to pay them because I was under the understanding that it was paid for since they allowed me to move my stuff in. I would never have used this company if I knew that this was going to be the outcome. I’m currently couch surfing and already had nearly all of my stuff stolen, which isn’t their fault but this is a very big issue that they do have control over and I’m now out of everything I own...

After reserving a unit online I went to property on date I was suppost to pay and move in, after getting there, find out there's hidden fees that was not in disclosure, as well as they raised what they listed as the monthly rent then too add fuel to the fire asked me to inventory what I store in the exact same size unit out of state and told me it was too much for their unit, so I went and viewed unit, yeah I could see why much smaller than advertised and when I said something they fell back on the oh it's a prox, I wouldn't call cutting off several feet wide and deep a prox, then hit me with I have to buy their special lock, my move in was double what was reserve price and monthly rate $25 more a month than stated, auhhhh heck nah, I will never use nor recommend this crack hole to anyone, I will continue to keep the unit I have maybe alil less convient but no surprises and no worries of security not to mention no certain hrs I can go to my...
