McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered two McDoubles no mustard add mayonnaise extra onion a medium fry cooked to order I used my points for my fries I get to the window the guy on the register has a big old water dip in his mouth while he's trying to talk and carry on a conversation I hand him a $20 bill he hands me back $2.35 I get to the window I looked at my receipt and he charged me $2.99 for the medium fry I said something to the lady at the window she took my receipt she looked a little confused and then asked for the guy in the back to come up he comes up to the window looks in my receipt and asks me what the problem was I said I gave you a code of the speaker to get a medium fry for free he said yes I said okay will you charge me $3 for a medium fry he looked in my receipt again still confused and then hands me back my receipt and I said okay can I have my money back he said I got an ideal I'll just give you another fry I said no I got an idea how about you just give me my money so another gentleman comes to the window and asks me if I'm waiting on my fries I said no I'm waiting on my money he shuts the window I get my refund I get my food I go home only to find there's mustard on my burgers there's no mayonnaise on one and no onions on the other and my fries were twice dropped fries and hard as rocks so I bring my food back to McDonald's The same gentleman comes to the window still with the dip dipping his mouth, asks me what the issue is I tell him my food is wrong. There's mustard on my burgers no onions and no mayo on one. He takes my food for it to be remade 5 minutes pass they bring my food to the window and it's wrong again. They remade them the same way as the 1st. He takes the food back a few minutes pass and he hands me my food again. And says quality check. I open my burgers again and yup you guessed it wrong again. At this point I just want my money back. B4 I could say anything the man says hold on goes and gets me onions in a cup hands them to me...

I have no idea what morons they are hiring in okolona right now, but for the past 4 VISITS IN A ROW they have either rang your order up wrong, made you wait for 30 minutes in a different spot for a BURGER AND FRIES only to find out they forgot to make the order they charged you for, which they refused to correct after messing up and basically told you to eff off, by the way. Then they're flat out giving you the wrong order that is stale and cold because the idiots don't even know what order it is or how long it's been sitting there! All of this was within a 2 week period.

Like seriously! What happened? 2 months ago the staff had everything together and going butter smooth. Now they screw up every other visit!

And I can tell you one of the main reasons are these moron teenagers they're hiring in. Half of them are either screwing around in that room next to the first window not doing their job! Then there was this one young lady at the second window during one of these incidents that was so concerned about her stupid fake nails that she was calling others over to pack the meals in bags while all she did was flick her fingers around like she was queen of everything in there and scowling at any customer that came up to that window.

That is easily the most pathetic thing I've ever seen out of anyone working there, and i guarantee it was the sole reason of any complaints that night.

Y'all need to start making sure the people you're hiring are actually willing to do the job you're paying them for. Get rid of these idiots you have right now. Because with how bad of a job they're doing, it isn't even worth...

They were very friendly and accommodating and The Food is consistently good but then again it's fast food, but when it comes to service here at the Preston and Blue Lick location of the Golden Arches it's either hit or miss. At the risk of sounding sexist, the following statement has to be made. In my experience at this McD's (location) when I am met with a lady at the front counter or drive-thru window then I am met with rolled eyes, and served a Quarter pound of condescension hold the spite on a sesame seed bun with extra resentment and extra side of bitter misery. But when a gentleman is handling my order then it's usually smooth but that's no compliment either. It's only smooth sailing because I'm the one "steering the boat." Every woman and the exceptional few male know that (and me being Male i can say this) most men are just a means.. their minds are lumps of clay, easily molded and manipulated once your done it's control, alt, delete and they are none the wiser. Now all that 'Mcbattle of the sexes' being said my favorite associate at this location is a woman, a Hispanic lady who is also a manager. Better known as 'The woman who gets things done,' she is a force to be reckoned with. I would never go to anyone else with any issues or request that i had. Regardless of the time of day or volume of business there is, she treats everyone she talks to the same. Thank you So much you are "The McDiva!" Ok ok I'm so...
