If people are going to rate a business based on the fact that the employees don’t speak English, those people need to get their heads out of their holes. This country doesn’t have an official language for one. Secondly, you can always use a translator on your phone. Or here’s an idea, learn a second language to communicate with people from other countries. You people are so entitled! Get out of your cave snd enrich your minds by attempting to appreciate other cultures.

Anyways, i’ve never had a single experience at this location. I have a large family and we always get our cakes for any occasion from here.

I recently order vanilla fruit cake on January 23, 2021 for my son first birthday and it came out its was disaster cake i ever had for my son. Even my son he split it out. Cake was over moist and seem like its an old cake. Not fresh. Service or employees that worked there only talked to you in there language. Let me say this to everyone, English come first. Doesn't matter who you are but you greet people not by your language. Not everyone knows Spanish come on now. I no longer want to go back there. Mask should require and gloves should be worn too if working in bakery. I don't recommend anyone...

THE HIDDEN GEM OF LOUISVILLE! I went here for the first time with one of my friends who is from the Philippines. She swore they had they had the most delicious Tres Leches, so I decided to head on up there. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the sweet aroma of fresh baked goods and a smiling worker. They had so many different pastries, snacks, fruit arrangements, etc. I was VERY happy I came in! I got a regular slice of tres leches and it was PHENOMENAL. Staff was very sweet as well.
