Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered 2 pizzas and I was told that they would be here in 65 minutes I waited an hour and 20 minutes and called the store to inquire about my pizzas they told me that the delivery driver had brought my pizzas back and they weren't sure why they would ask him what he was back from the delivery but since I had to wait so long that they would go ahead and remake my pizza on the house for my inconvenience I waited another 20 minutes and it received a phone call it was Papa John's and they told me that it was after their delivery time that they wouldn't deliver to my area past 10 but I placed my order at 9:30 I asked him why I was not informed about this in the first place they did not have an answer for me they said they can refund me my money but it would take up to 3 business days so I told them that I would go to the store and pick up my pizza that I was promised on the house I then drive drove up to the store and they had the door locked then they pointed and laughed at me while I stood outside a lady walked up to the door and they told her to go around to the back and they handed her two Pizzas when I walked up to the lady she had my pizzas they had given them to her for free to add insult to injury so I called the corporate office and they called the store. the manager told the corporate office that he would still not remake my pizza so now I don't have any pizza and I still don't have my refund very unsatisfied also I have pictures to...

This has got to be the worst Papa John's in the Louisville Metro area!! The workers and drivers are beyond unprofessional and I am not impressed with their service.

Several months ago, I ordered a pizza to my house and when it came, it had a lingering scent of Marijuana that a female driver dropped off. Not only that, I believe that she had someone, who was not an employee of Papa John's, in the car with her. Regardless if it was a Papa John's employee, you do not need anyone riding with you to drop off a pizza!!

Then today, Saturday, May 28th, I ordered a pizza to my house once again, expecting great service, but unfortunately, that did not happen. The driver that dropped my pizza off had a hair pick in his hair and he had on slide-on Jordon shoes and did not greet me. I greeted him, but he did not say anything else. The pizza was rather large and hot and he did not bother to hand it to me carefully or even warn me that it was hot. After he gave me my change back, I gave him a $2 tip and he suddenly perked up. i highly regret giving him a tip due to his rude behavior and unprofessional appearance. I do not see how some of these people are getting jobs so easily!! Something told me not to order from this location today, but I will follow my gut from here on out in the future.

Overall, this is the worst Papa John's, I do not recommend it to anyone unless you want to be disrespected and dishing out your money to those who do...

If I could give this store a zero on everything I would. The store is is trying to steal 31.00 and some change for food that was never delivered. The staff is disrespectful each time we called to check on the order we were hung up on and spoken to very disrespectful. Three hours later from the initial order we were told that they would not refund the money and hung up again. Needless to say we ended up at MCDonalds for lunch spending another 14.00 9n top of the 31.00 for the Pape Johns that never got delivered. Fast forward to the Monday following the Friday of no food the GM called me a liier saying there was two orders delivered to me. When asked to talk with her deliver person I got the whole we aren't going to reach out to them, they have always delivered our orders perfect AGAIN CALLING ME A LIER. She than proceed to say the only way I was getting my money back was to call my bank and dispute it. SO, I DONE JUST THAT. I could not for the life of me understand how someone answering the phone for Papa Johns could be so disrespectful and unprofessional but after speaking with that GM I can see they only follow the lead at that store and it must be rewarded with THEFT OF A PERSON WHO IS HONEST AND WORKS HARD FOR THEIR MONEY TO HAVE 31.00 STOLEN FOR NOTHING.
