Rally's — Restaurant in Louisville

We ordered in the line on the right. The girl took our order. We asked for mayo on all four of the sandwiches. We got to the window and sat there for almost 15 mins. Meanwhile a line was forming. There is a girl taking orders right next to us the entire time. She took our money actually... She never once looked at us. Did she not think it strange that the same truck has been sitting there that long while she is taking orders over and over again? We finally get what I believe is the managers attention. She comes outside and says that she is sorry and they are making them and is probably going to have to go make herself because they are messy. Still long line now of angry people behind me.... I said would you like me to park in the front so other people can get their food??? She said no...huh??? All of this is happening while to my left the sign says crew manager wanted...hahaha go figure! Three minutes later finally get our order and it was very clear they had been just sitting there. They were hardly warm at all. My burgers had a pile of mayo and my husband's a spot with piles of mustard. All that wait to not want to eat them at all!!!!...

I came to just get my son and myself something to eat before going home and calling it a night and normally I understand there is a long line on a Saturday night so no big deal.. I get to the front and pay for my meal and the kid says "I need you to pull to the first Peking spot and we'll bring your food out" .. I'm like okay that's fine.. It's 45 degrees outsIde and I let my car run on and off for 10-15 minutes to keep my one year old son warm while he slept in his seat and I still didn't have our food.. So I had to search the store number on Google, call them and ask you f someone was going to bring me my food .. The lady on the phone I figure the manager stated she didn't even know they had pulled someone up !! Pissed !! I could have been sitting there forever if I didn't think to call .. And to make it better they give me two pies in my bag . What is that supposed to do ?! Luckily I'm pregnant and I'll eat those to, but it doesn't make it right that I literally wasted 20 minutes at Rally's to get food and people that were behind me let's say maybe 6-7 cars got their...

10-18-22 @9:55pm) Absolute WORST & RUDEST employees I've EVER encountered! Ordered a large fry ONLY thru the mobile order app. I went to the front window bc I'm walking (some of us out here struggling w/out a car!) The man inside didn't even come to the window. He YELLED from inside "DRIVE-THRU ONLY!" so I held my phn up & said "but I already ordered on the app". So he shook his head & again yelled "DRIVE-THRU ONLY". Made me go stand in the drive-thru w/other cars & didn't even get on speaker. So I walked to the drive-thru window where I was met by the most nasty acting, UNPROFESSIONAL little girl who greeted me w/a look of pure disgust. I remained pleasant & polite & asked for my mobile order. She got the bag & shoved it to me & never said a word. They made a point to lemme know how inconvenienced they were to do their job. Ive never felt so degraded by any restaurant staff. Id give em zero stars if I could. They should be reprimanded if not fired. DO BETTER RALLY'S...
