I love Rally's food. And I've never really had a horrible experience until just 30 minutes ago. My fiance and I just wanted a middle of the night snack-- some fries and a drink. We pulled up at 11:37. We were asked to wait a minute. Okay, we will wait for deliciousness. 11:48-- we are just talking about how simple our order is to ourselves when they asked us for our order. We tell them and pull up behind another car. 12:01. We are pretty upset that it took that long to take care of four people's order (one drove away before they even took his order) and one including ourselves.
It would have been okay had they at least been apologetic or seemed to care at all. We asked if there was anything they were going to do about making us wait and the boy who asked us for the total went to get his supervisor. We then asked again. He very angrily proclaimed that we were not getting a discount. My fiance was furious by this point and asked for his supervisor's or district manager's number. At which point he said we could call the 800 number. And we insisted on the other numbers. And he kept saying very irately that we were in no way getting a discount and if we want the food pay for it, if not then leave his driveway. When we asked for the number again he closed the window on us. We could hear him yelling aloud repeatedly that "they aren't getting a discount" and how if we don't leave he will call the cops as well as telling everyone to not open that window. (There was nobody else in line at this point. He had also given the excuses, 'we're short handed', 'the drives are full', 'we're busy'.
One of the girls (probably the only one with any sense) was trying to calm him down and seemed to be trying to handle it. Eventually one noticed me trying to write invisibly on my hand (I was trying to ask for the 800 number again.) Finally, when the manager opened the window again, angrily he said we need to leave, I asked for the number again. He said he already gave us the number. I said could we have it again so we can call it. He finally gave it to us again and (non too enthusiastically) said, have a good night.

The beef patty, while sizable, was overcooked to the point of being dry and tough, completely devoid of the juiciness and flavor that make a burger enjoyable. The promised "Zilla Sauce" was applied with such restraint that its presence was barely noticeable, failing to contribute any discernible taste or zest to the overall experience.
As I continued eating, the flaws became even more apparent. The lettuce was wilted and unappealing, clearly not fresh. The tomatoes were pale and tasteless, lacking the vibrant sweetness that can elevate a burger's flavor profile. Even the cheese, typically a reliable element in burgers, was barely discernible amidst the mishmash of disappointing textures and tastes.
To make matters worse, the fries that came alongside the Baconzilla were a dismal affair. They were greasy, lukewarm, and seemingly under-seasoned, adding insult to injury with each lackluster bite. The overall presentation and quality of the meal left me questioning the hype surrounding Rally's offerings.
In addition to the lackluster food, the service at the Rally's location I visited was indifferent at best. There was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm or care from the staff, as if they were going through the motions rather than striving to deliver a memorable dining experience.
In conclusion, the Baconzilla from Rally's was a profound letdown. It failed to deliver on its promises of bold flavors and satisfying indulgence. For the price paid, I expected far better quality and execution. I just came back from this Rally's and the experience was horrible! Jamie and the male manager carries no professional customer service nor did they even greet properly. They burnt my shrimps and gave me a cup of vanilla ice-cream filled not even half way. Everytime they hand me a product, they would always give a nasty face! I've never been so disappointed in my life regarding a fast food service. I asked the girl "how come the ice-cream's so little" and she said that's how much it should be filled. I asked her that can I have my money back and she said no then closed the window and turned her back on me. I sat there for another minute and her manage (Caucasion male in his 40+) came. He punched the register and gave me a receipt. I said will the money go back to my card and he said you're not getting anything back and closes the window and turns his back on me. I was so mad that I want to punch his face literally. What kind of customer service and product serving is this Rally? I've been to many other Rally's locations and they've all been wonderful. You guys need to re-educate and re-train these rude workers. I am taking my horrible experience on fb, twitter, instagram, friends, etc. So far more than 30+ people said they had horrible experiences there as well and stops eating at Rallys because of that specific experience/locations.
