I’ve worked in this Taco Bell/long johns. We never, even on our worst days, had people waiting in a drive thru line for over thirty minutes... and when I say thirty minutes, I mean thirty minutes to move from the order board to the car BEHIND the car at the window. I did something I have never done before tonight... but pulled out of that line without getting my order I placed. When I drove around to the front, the dining room was empty. There was an employee standing outside the door smoking. I get it that you MIGHT be short staffed. I Get that you MIGHT have ran out of food on the line. Your lack of preparation and cooking more during your evening rush is not my problem as a customer. Your job is to prepare food as quickly as possible and do so accurately. You are supposed to serve each car in the drive thru within a certain amount of time. If you can’t, because of being out of a particular item, you ask that person to pull around and serve those behind them while you get the one order prepared. That is every single drive thru... not just yours... Again. I’m doing something I don’t normally do, because quite frankly, I’ve been there and know exactly how long it takes to restock a Taco Bell/long johns line... so to the management of this location, you have officially lost me as a customer because you no longer care who runs the store or that they are running it into the ground while you’re not there. It’s sad too, because we struggled back when I was there, but at least we attempted to get it right... now I’ll be going elsewhere... btw, I was able to get food at two separate restaurants and be back to my house in the same amount of time that your employees dragged their feet in...
Read moreThis restaurant has some rude employees. They’ve got an abundant amount of excellent staff, but there are some who can really make you feel awful. I had, one time, two girls making fun of me at the window, pointing and laughing. I didn’t even do anything to provoke that, I was just sitting in my car waiting for food. My brother called the manager to complain of the incident. And then recently one of the employees yelled very loud that all of the customers in the drive thru line need to go home (mind you, the window was closed but was still clearly able to hear him, because he was yelling). He continued to moan and growl While I was at the window (assuming he muted himself because he continued to take orders from his head set), like I could tell he was legitimately angry, and it came out of no where. You’re employees behavior reflects the environment of the restaurant, some days it’s good, other days it’s sour and honestly I don’t want to go back to this particular restaurant to take my chances on a...
Read moreOrdered two items from the dollar menu, was told it would take "around five minutes." The time on my receipt is 8:17 PM; I did not receive my food until 8:34 PM. This is entirely unacceptable. There were like 4 other customers. They weren't that busy. Then I get home to find my food - a spicy tostada that had hardly anything on it, and what was on it was all on one side and in the box, looked like it had been dropped - and a Fritos beefy burrito in which the meat was so cold, it was already congealing together. I had to wait 17 minutes for a cold burrito and a tostada that looked like it came off the floor? Absurd. I know my food only cost $2, but this was completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, I can't even call the store to discuss this with a manager. I've been trying to get in touch with them for four hours now. The phone rings a few times, go silent, then hangs up. Deplorable. You work hard for your money; take it somewhere else. Do not go...
