Today during lunch, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. After waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, I remained patient. However, when someone finally came on the speaker, he was immediately rude. I ordered three items, and instead of a courteous response, he hit me with a sarcastic “I mean, do you need anything else?” in a very nasty tone.
At the window, I wasn’t greeted at all. He simply held out his hand for payment. I still remained polite and said “Thank you” when he returned my card, he rolled his eyes and then slammed the window shut after handing me my food.
It’s unclear if he was upset by earlier customers, but his attitude was completely uncalled for. On top of that, the food was terrible: the fries were cold, the strawberry Frosty had chocolate in it, and the mango lemonade had visible crumbs (not pulp) at the bottom. I called several times to speak to someone but received no answer.
The person who served me was a white male, had tattoos, was on the heavier side, and clearly had no interest in being respectful or professional.
This was unacceptable. I ended up throwing everything away and won’t be returning. Please address this, this level of service is...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would! Went to go pick up a mobile order. Was told I couldn't take a order because of shift change for 15 min and that the drive thru was closed. Told them I was there for a mobile drive thru pick up. Was told I had to walk in. Waited about 45 min all the while watching workers dance and play on there phones. Also watching a manager tell a employee there was too many people working on shift and he wasn't needed. Then why on earth did it take so long... while no orders were being takin through drive thru, looked like a vacant Wendy's. All those workers working and yet my food was trash and came out cold. Melted frostys etc on top of it no condiments for the baked potatoes that was ordered with extra stuff. I never complain but as a restaurant manager I felt this is unacceptable. The owner doesn't check these. I looked at previous complaints all too similar to mine and nothing is being done. I won't be surprised when this location is shut down for the lack of customer service as well as the quality of the food. I'm highly disappointed and will never order from this...
