I work at UPS that's extremely close to this Wendy's. Get 30 minutes for lunch, my entire lunch has been spent literally waiting behind 2 cars in the drive threw. And, still hadn't placed an order. Don't even think about getting breakfast. They seriously take one order, wait for the car to pay and leave, then they'll take your order. Twice I've been there in the AM, sat behind one car trying to order. Breakfast was going to be over in 15 minutes. When I finally got to place my order, they told me to hold on please. Waited 5 more minutes, then they said breakfast is over now. Talk about an absolute JOKE! They should take the franchise away from the owner. I HATE this Wendy's! Good luck if you go there! Oh, and make sure you tell them you have a coupon multiple times, and make sure they tell you your total when paying. Had a coupon for a #1 for $5, pay at the window, get my receipt, $9! Told the lady I had a coupon, and she told me, that she didn't take my order, her job is to take the money. And, that it was my fault, I didn't tell HER that I had the coupon. Gave it to her, she got the manager, they started to argue with me. Told them I don't have time for this...I'm on my lunch and now you're making me late getting back...once again! Thank GOODNESS TACO BELL opened an eye shot away! Thank you taco bell, 🌮 😘, you're a rocks throw further away, I can eat inside, PLUS.....make it back to work with about 10 minutes to spare...out of a 30...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were hungry on new years night and didn’t feel like cooking. So we went on an adventure to Wendy’s. Boy was it.. they handed us the bag and we scooted up and checked. They forgot my salad. No big deal. I went to the doors. Both sides were locked and only the drive thru was open. I was in my slippers in the cold btw, but I digress. What should have only been a 2second resolution turned into almost half an hour of waiting. We pulled back into the line to wait patiently. When it was our turn, we got no answer at the intercom. Dead air. I understand if you’re busy, but say so! We waited for probably 10min with absolutely no customer service there answering. Finally we decided to just pull up to a window since everyone else in line in front had all gone. They gave us the meal swiftly but with no apologies or comp for all the trouble. And they clearly saw me come to the door prior. I knew fast food was a bad idea. That was my sign to let these joints die. $30 for essentially microwave food isn’t worth my time. I’ll home cook my meals for less or go to a nicer restaurant that takes care of their customers for the same price range. Read moreOrdered $35 worth of burgers. ALL plain with cheese and some how the dresses everyone. Aggravating but accidents happen. The one star is because after calling and being hung up on after the initial greeting and calling back at least 15 times from 3 separate numbers and no one ever answering my calls to rectify the problem. My boys are very particular and I made that very adamant to the lady taking my order, repeating plain with cheese only 3 times! The one star goes to the older lady who was at the first window taking payment. She’ll put a smile on your face. Make sure if you order you check your food while still there because you will not be able to contact them on the phone after you leave! Even called corporate who told me I was the 17th... yes 17th person in line on a Thursday night at 730. There is obviously something wrong with this chain that starts at the head and has not properly trained or motivated it’s employees to treat their customers like they’re the ones who truly matter. This would NEVER in a million year happen at a Chic Fil A so it’s obviously something Wendy’s as a whole is not training their employees to do. So to corporate I say this, Train better, Want...
