Little Caesars Pizza 1985 MCDONOUGH ROAD SUITE 1F HAMPTON,GA 30228 I order my pizza online for pick up. I had to return because the pineapples were spoiled. I get there and ask for a manager to express my concerns no manager didn’t come so I finally told one of the employees that approached me. The lady with braids and the inside-out shirt (with the shirt tag hanging out) proceeded to laugh because I explained my concerns and had to come back. She simply didn’t care. I know this because she walked to the back and told the other employees what I said and mocked and laughed at my concerns. I told her this is the second time this issue has happened at this location. She continued to laugh in my face. During the time I waited for my item to be remade two different customers stated there was hair in their food which she had me verify. The store is filthy the ceiling is saturated with grease the air vemts are covered with dirt. The prep station is not properly assembled with not ice or water to keep the items at their proper temperature. The pizza sauce is just sitting on the prep station in the bag on the prep line. Trash and dirt underneath the cooler where the sodas are. The lady with the messy bun with braids is not washing her hands instead she playing fighting in the back while a handful of customers wait. She simply didn't care about the health risk to our community and was straight-up disrespectful. No Leader or management was supervising...

I ordered my pizza online after a 6 hour drive. I got an email stating my pizza was ready 9:20 (as i have done several times before) i got my confirmation number to put into the portal there was no pizza and no one at the counter. After a few mins a young man asked can he help me. I said i am her to pick up my pizza . With a Very confused look on his face checked on a machine and said .." Ahh Yeah I See your order but we are OUT OF PIZZA DOUGH" I asked for the manager who was not there he then hands me a paper and pen and said write your information down and i will have the manager get you a credit in 3 days. To date i have not gotten this credit its not the amount its the principal.. This location is horrible.. The staff are poorly trained, rude and very unprofessional .. So if you plan to get a Pizza after 9 pm spend the extra money got 1/8 south to "Dominos Pizza" at least they have pizza dough after 9 pm and will call you to tell you if they are out of something you...

My sister went there with her grand children late last year where she ordered a pizza in the restaurant, paid for it, and waited patiently outside. While she waited, there were drug dealers coming in and out of the restaurant selling drugs to people driving up. The manager knew them for sure cause every time they sold something, he'd come talk to each recipient.

When the pizza was ready, they boxed it upside down cause literally almost everyone was high. When the high as well manager said something to the people preparing her pizza for messing it up, the only person that was professional, the cashier, said that the customer could hear him yelling, and my sister confirmed that she could.
