Worst customer service Iāve ever seen and the poorest representative Smoothie King could select to represent their brand. For a retail company who depends on customers to keep them employed Sandra at the Tara Blvd location has the worst attitude and exhibits the worst example of good quality service Iāve ever seen. While trying to redeem points for a purchase a technical problem caused the points to come off my account but I was still charged the full price for a purchase. The associates seeked the so called help from Sandra but the only thing you get from Sandra is her terrible attitude, eye rolling, and yelling at customers that āI told you you have to go through the appā Itās a shame people act like they donāt understand technologyā. No whatās a shame is that Smoothie King has morons like this representing their brand because itās a reflection on the company. If Sandra doesnāt have the competence to calmly and attentively service customers then perhaps a career change is needed. I know Smoothie Kings are franchises but whoever employes this individual, you need to know you have the absolute worst representative you could have representing your business. Smoothie King locations are far too easy to find to deal with piss poor service and bad attitudes. The location on GA Hwy 20 was a very convenient alternative option for me where I was met with good service and helpful people. He told her he would call in a hour to let her know start date etc. we never heard from him. She call back on Wed spoke to Tracy the āmanager ā my daughter explained the situation and tracy apologized and told her the man that interviewed was the owner not a manager and he didnāt give tracy my daughter application, Tracy told my daughter to come in on today which is Friday after 3 . She is 15 she had to wait for me to get off to bring her , we arrived only to fill out another application and then tracy sent her employee out to say she wasnt doing any interviewing.
