The reason why this Panera bread is getting downvoted so much is that Panera has a summer promotion called sips that gig workers and professionals who work 24 hours out of the day, are budgeting towards and relying on getting there at 9:00 p.m. and having at least some sort of coffee available. They are absolutely fantastic at customer service except for actually offering the product (coffee and tea and unlimited fountain drink refills) that is promised by the name of the company. If the franchise owner wants to have their own relaxed rules, it shouldn't be tarnishing the Panera name. Their staff has been very kind to me because I am broken down in this town. I literally told the tow truck operator to tell me close to the nearest Panera. Because I believe they are the number one coffee shop in the country. Especially for gig workers. Better than quick trip, incredible music selection and vibes, across the Brand. Just let your employees collect tips, massive tip jar. Customers need to tip, us coffee drinkers are the culture of America, together. We're all here together š
The employees want to close early but in 2024 and beyond, the best companies are like 24 hour taverns of peace and sanctuaries and community.
There are lots of ways to save money at coffee shops that also sell bread. I think, as the winner of a championship in my Athens Georgia coffee shop for making espresso drinks and coffee, Panera has the best coffee outside of the racetrack and QuikTrip options, as long as it isn't brewed too weakly.
This is one of the newest Panera locations and is at the last stop of marta, and is also one of the fastest growing cities in georgia. Beautiful city and very diverse and safe. I'm glad Panera bread brought me to visit, I may even start looking for places to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would rate the Lovejoy location a level 1 overall. I ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich (half) without feta/cheese. The sandwich was saturated with some type of orange looking sauce and came with a bag of chips. The bagged chips were consumable. Because of the sloppy appearance of the sandwich, I opted to not eat it. Unfortunately, I had already pulled off before inspecting my sandwich since I was pressed for time and had already waited over ten minutes to receive my order. I also ordered a small green smoothie, and it was tasty (hence the rating of 1). My child, a fan of Mac n cheese, seemed to dislike the Mac as she only ate half her portion. The service was absolutely disturbing. It was evening time on a Saturday evening, so it appeared to be a location that was operated by a predominantly teen staff. The employees were dancing and āshadow-boxingā around in the service window area the entire time, one of whom appeared to be the āmanager on duty.ā There was one young man that was cleaning the dining area, so that was one positive looking aspect. The servers never apologized for the long wait nor explained the wait; they simply handed the food out the window to my husband, and then shut the window to proceed with their horseplay. I would not recommend this newly built...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not new to Panera. I am a rewards member. I personally as well as my staff frequently order from Panera Bread and so we were very happy when the location on Tara Boulevard opened up. However, today is our official last day ordering from this location. We placed an order and the order was not made correctly. I called the location and let the manager know. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant. However, by the time I got to the location, the manager that I had to deal with, young guy with long dreads, was very rude and disrespectful. He basically accused me of trying to get free food simply because we were trying to get what we paid for. He raised his voice and was very rude, even though there were other customers in the store, he did not seem to care how he was speaking to me, a paying customer. He needs customer service training immediately. Unfortunately this location may not last if things...
