Second issue I'm bringing up out of many incidents with this specific location. 12/27/23 The store canceled my order and it's been an hour since I originally ordered our food. I called and asked why it was canceled and was told my info wasn't correct. I have not had an issue before with my unit number not being on my profile. But have always had an issue with the drivers not finding my house and almost delivering to another house. This time they didn't even attempt to deliver. After calling and having a screaming baby and hungry kids in the background I still have yet to receive our food when told they would remake it. I even game them directions. I am appalled that they let my kids food just sit there and not make an effort to provide even decent costumer service or a new order. As they eat the food sitting on the heat rack that was ment for my children. Not ok.
3yrs ago.. Called in for a delivery order. Asked for a 5.99 mix amd match special. Ordered a handtossed pepp and olive. 2 carbonaras without onions. And wings. The lady who answered(pam) read the whole order back to me and everything was correct. But when i received our meal both pastas had a bunch of onions which my kids do not like. And when calling to inquire about it being fixed another person answered this time (treasure), i told her the pastas where wrong. Her response was oh I didnt see them. Followed with, "what we can do for you is put on a credit on your order or send new ones." And when i said I really would like them resent because my children won't eat them... She was like oh ok sure sorry about that we will send them out. Yea not...very genuine. 1st off you apologize for it being wrong and then asl if I would like it sent back or so on. And ask if you can make it better...what happened to that. Seems like they don't care to take the time anymore... I should know I had to do all of that. Read moreI don't normally leave reviews for places I've been or for services rendered. But when I do it's because I feel a positive review is warranted. In this case there's no exception. I was very surprised that the moment I submitted my online order it took some 15 minutes for my order to arrive far surpassing what the website said of around 25 minutes.
Also, due to the COVID times we're in now they use contactless delivery and with that you leave specific instructions on where your driver leaves your food. My instructions were exactly followed to a T. Especially since I asked for my food not to be placed in front of the door which has happened to me from other places and makes it impossible to open the door. My food was placed next to the door just as I asked.
The food was great and arrived hot like it just came out of the oven. In my case an Italian sandwich and a pasta bowl. The Italian sandwich is actually pretty decent and it's my favorite Dominos food.
Having said all this, I can immediately assume management is on top of things and it shows. Either that or I won the lotto of great service because in this day and age that's kind of a hard thing to come across. Especially trying to conduct business over the telephone.
In closing, based on my experience I will be a repeat customer. Companies pay lots of money for marketing, but I feel a great customer experience is worth far more marketing capital any coupon, TV, radio, billboard, etc Ad can...
Read moreI just want to say THANK YOU to Braden and Mike. Mike, the driver, had wishes me a happy birthday and was incredibly kind to me. So I called dominoes to bring attention to his kindness. Braden, the manager, had answered the call. I told him about the experience and how grateful I was, also explaining why it was so special to me. He said what I told him gave him goose bumps. He also wished me a happy birthday. After the call, I thought that was the end of my birthday interactions. However, Braden went above and beyond to make my day even better by sending me a surprise birthday gift of a Starbucks drinks. The door dash driver sang happy birthday to me and handed me the Starbucks bag with happy birthday written on it. I've been disappointed on my birthday for a very long time and i end up crying because I'm sad. But thanks to this dominoes crew, I cried because people that didn't know me truly wanted me to have a good experience. And I can not express how thankful I am to you both. You are amazing people.
