Shortly after posting this I received a call from Bond. They had tracked down the painting and got it back for me. They didn't even charge me for it the second time around because they were so sorry about everything! So after everything they made everything right! Bond furniture is a-ok in my book again.

Im so upset & need to get the word out: I went out to eat with my parents over the weekend but before we stopped at Bond furniture in Loveland. They had reserved two recliners and one of the recliners did not have their name on it anymore- it had someone else’s name on it! My parents said something and the sales lady said “well because you got here first we’ll sell it to you”. Shady, right? So I found a painting while I was there. I paid for it with my credit card & it was supposed to be delivered today. Well guess what? Another painting was delivered because they sold the one I bought! They do not care either & were very rude! After complaining they offered me another painting: a picture of a patchwork puppy, when the original painting I purchased was a train! not buy from bond furniture...

I had no idea Bond was under new ownership, but wow!!!! The last time we went into this store was years ago and the furniture looked like it was preserved from the 1980's. For the record the 80's were not good for furniture design. My visit today was amazing. You are greeted by some very friendly ladies when you walk in. You can tell the staff is happy working here. The furniture is modern and tasteful. They have a mix of trendy, modern and conservative styles. They can also customize and design for your needs. The prices are also very reasonable. This will be our go to place...

We needed a new reclining sofa but had several specifications that needed to be met. The entire staff at Bond was great to work with. No pressure, but very informative. The delivery was flawless.
