This is a lovely boutique shop with lots of variety and adorable stuff. It’s so much fun to look around! The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is due to an issue with a mask I purchased. It has a metal wire that pokes through the fabric and pokes your face and could poke your eyes. I took it back to show them and they agreed after seeing it and even picked up their sample mask and noticed the same thing. I didn’t expect to be able to return the one I opened but the girl working there said I could not return the one I did not open either. I asked for a store credit and she said no. Finally she said I could exchange them for the very same brand (why would I do that?) and then finally a different brand of masks and just pay the difference. (Isn’t that a store credit????). I would think a small business would want to ensure repeat business and empower employees to make good decisions. She both texted and called the owner while I stood there and a line formed. Given the hassle and being treated like I was a nuisance obligated me to warn another customer who had the same masks in her hands to purchase. I wouldn’t want anyone to use these, especially kids. I was very disappointed as it was my first time visiting the shop and purchasing something. If they don’t want to lose business to Amazon they need a more customer centric philosophy. I was looking for a specific collectible item and did a Google search. Lemons and Limes Boutique was in the results. I’m not from Loveland, OH, and had never heard of them. Nonetheless, I placed an order. The item was shipped and received promptly. I opened the package and found the item had been packed with care to prevent damage. My daughter loves this store and highly recommended that I stop to seek out some gift ideas. I was looking for some locally made gift to take back with me to Texas.
