5 star potential, 3 star experience. Sticking to 4 stars until I can get another experience.

Things hindering 5 stars. 2 to 3 inches of crust all around the pizza. Even my crust loving family complained. Tests the limits of how much salt can go into a meal. Needs a touch more of toppings A smidge too pricey for what you get (especially with the crust ratio noted above.)

A note on the (also salty) garlic knots. I loved the texture. Really loved it. My family members really disliked it. You'll have to see what you think for yourself.

Positives Really nice crust. Balanced texture. NY style on the slightly less dense and chewy side. Good marinara sauce. Not too sweet or pasty. solid topping and cheese quality location. They are in a spot that has been in need of a pizza shop.

Have eaten here a dozen times since they opened. They just keep getting worse. Everything is inconsistent, from the proof of the dough, to the thickness of the crust, to the haphazatd way toppings are applied. They microwave a majority of their sandwiches, meats and frozen meatballs. The price is actually high for what you get. Arte Pizzeria downtown and Blackjack Pizza on Cleveland are far superior products. The one time I got delivery, Kelan forgot half the order, came back later with the stuff he had missed and still forgot our plates, napkins etc. This was after I had double tipped him(wont do that again). The slices they serve at lunch are premade early, then sit out for hours drying up. Kitchen cleanliness is questionable and the staff dont really believe in customer service. The pizza was ok, but not anything special or up-scale or wood-fire. The crust was small, toppings were adequate, but cheese/toppings pulled away from the crust so some pieces lost their toppings to the pizza box. The value was good since I used a $10 for 2 toppings special. The biggest problem for us came in that they will not allow any modifications to that special. If you want to add and pay for an additional topping, tough luck. If you want a topping on just half of the pizza, tough luck. They offered to add additional toppings, but then you lose the special.
