Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lowell

I just had one of the worst dunkins experiences EVER! I usually have a lot of patience when it comes to fast food and general services, but today at 11 I was with two other people. This location had recently closed down it's drive through for renovations; we had to go in the store to order. My mother ordered first, I ordered a large almond joy hot chocolate and a blueberry donut, my sister then ordered. We waited around and they got their orders first. We proceeded to wait in the store to see if they were just having issues. I am a student at the high school so I have friends who work at dunkins and at other stores like this, so I learned to to not be a dick to those who served me. So we waited 5 minutes until my mom spoke up to the cashier who was middle aged. We told her that we were waiting on a few things, but our receipt said otherwise. Our recipe didn't have my order. Either she was not paying attention or forgot to put my order down. I speak out my orders out loud and clear to any cashier to avoid situations like this, but apparently my order was not taken down, which obviously would be unpleasant for both parties. But instead of saying some sort of sorry or admitting it their fault, they asked if I wanted to still order. At this point I was very angry. I don’t go to this DD much anymore because I usually have a different route to LGH/ But when I do come that way, I always stop in, a few times, in the afternoon, the kids are not that I tune to your ordering, they usually are to Buddy Buddy with their friends, and forget to give me my receipt, or in my case , I’m just about to get on 495:and take my first sip of my large hot latte LG. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.My husband worked here for the last 2 years. He was the assistant manager. He quit today because the manager is sexist, racist, talked poorly about me (his wife) and family saying that he should leave me. She talks trash about her employees behind their backs also. She talked down to my husband, made him feel stupid and like he wasn’t good enough. Worked 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (NEVER COMPLAINED ONCE), always showed up early and left at the minimum of an hour after his shift was supposed to be over, worked hard for the company and his manager treats him like this?
