I come here all the time. The prices are unbeatable. I'm sorry, I love some of the other dispos and the people that work there. But damn, Smyth kills the competition in prices. Their staff is always top-notch, super knowledgeable bud tenders. I love this dispo. YOU ALL NEED TO TRY THEIR NEW STRAIN "BLUE ZUSHI" it's potent, the flavor is sweet and delicious. I am going to stock up on this strain because it's been one of my favorite smokes in a while. And I Grow!!! But I will definitely spend money on good weed. Flavor/ terps are very important to me nowadays... not just 30% plus bud... I have definitely learned that the higher the terp content, even if the thc #'s are a bit lower, the flavor is going to be intense✌️ Trust me 💨💨💨😶‍🌫️👍

Ps..try the "Root Beer Slushie" I'm not a sativa guy, I usually go for hybrids and indicas... But i'm all about flavor, and that strain tastes delicious.It is up there with the "Blue Zushi" in flavor/ terpene abundance. My point is, even if you think you don't like sativa, you have to try these strains. They're delicious, and I'm somebody who who has not wanted to touch sativa for a decade. Did not give me paranoia. Neither strain, just a nice, even enjoyable head high with a delicious smoke experience. Everyone needs to try it. Forget about #'s n tac's and please trust me. Not even a big sativa person really, but Smyths strains are grown so well, the flavor, aroma and terpene profile all come through. Opening my eyes and mind to try new strains I probably woulda have stayed away from previously. Jordan is a great asset to the Smyth family. She has helped me many times. I see her in there with a smile on her face all the time. She will listen, just like the other cool bud tenders, with patience, and help you find the right strain. My only issue is that this store does not let the employees get tipped.. When I ask the employees about it, they say oh we get paid enough that we don’t have to worry about tips . But when I ask around at the other facilities, they’re making almost the exact same pay bracket and they are allowed to get tips.

Management really needs to reconsider their stance on that because you don’t know what’s going on in your employees lives that they might be relying on those tips . They have school, they have children, they have parents that they take care of .. If it’s common for the industry to allow it and then you keep your employees from having it then you’re just standing in the way of their financial progress let the customer decide if they want to tip or not .

I ask what the other folks get at different dispensaries around the New Hampshire border and around Boston and a lot of them leave with $75 to $200 dollars a day .. Why on earth would you prevent your employees from making that kind of money when you know you’re not paying that much? Other than that, your store is great and your products are amazing but I care more about how people treat their employees than I do about what...
