I love the food here, why would I give 2 star’s you may ask? I will tell you, I pay for delivery and I pay a tip, and I’m return I get a phone call they are outside my building and I should come upstairs and pick up the order. I just moved into 100 MassMills Drive in Lowell, MA. On the instructions I type in the number to get buzzed into the building, the exact apartment number, instructions to take elevator down one floor last door to the left. Since I have paid a $2.50 delivery fee and added another $3.00 to deliver you would think that the food would come to my apartment. Now the 3rd time I have ordered, I receive a phone call to let me know they are outside and I can come upstairs to the door to pick up?! Are you kidding me? I am paying $5.50 to get it delivered to my door! Last time I asked the delivery person if they lived in an apartment or a house. They replied a house, I said how would you feel if I was delivering you food and I stayed at the top of your street and you had to walk to me and you had already paid $2.50 for a delivery fee and a $3.00 tip? They rolled their eyes. If you are going to charge a delivery fee and expect a tip, actually earn the tip and walk to my door. It is so very disappointing as my husband is battling cancer and I have MS and or date night is take out for now. If you change a delivery fee and you want a tip, I will give you a tip deliver the food to the door! They are rated 4.8 stars, must be the people that actually do jot have to travel for their delivered food! So far very disappointing as I am not willing to order from again until the manager calls me and refunds me my delivery fee’s and tips or promises that I will actually get food...

Jillies used to be my go to place when I was growing up and I to my 20s , I went there weekly and even as I got older I came here a few times a week , I haven’t been here for a few years and evidently they have new ownership , I’ve been here a few times in the past few weeks so I’ll start my review

The good The food was for I got the giant beef and some fries and a drink The beef was pink and delicious a way a beef should be, the put a good amount especially for the price The fries were a little undercooked but still good Service was fast

The bad The woman at the front counter both times has been the MOST MISERABLE LOOKING person I’ve ever seen taking orders, She just looks annoyed as hell that she is there, you’re not even in the door and she’s like can I help you , As you look she’s standing there with her arms crossed looking even more annoyed, You give the order she doesn’t say one word, except the total, gives you the change and then goes to the food prep area and starts giving them dirty looks and hands on hips and arms being crossed while huffing and puffing like now she has to wait for them so she can bag it, She bags it hands it to you and walks away no thank you, no have a good day nothing . Definitely a vast change from the owners and staff that was there previously ! From polite and helpful and cheerful to miserable...

First off, the food here is good. Better than Jimbo's. The problem is their website and their delivery. They have delivered to me before, the order was 2 sandwiches, Greek fries, and 2 drinks. I live 1 mile away. I tried to order online today. First, no delivery option on the online order website even though it states delivery within 3 miles and gives an option to tip. I clicked on a link for their website management company, "Grabull" which then allowed me to start an order and stated they deliver within 5 miles. After making an account and entering all my financial information, I got an error message saying I lived outside of the delivery radius. I do not. I live 1 mile away. I then called them to place an order over the phone at which point the girl who answered told me that they deliver, but not small orders. You delivered to me 2 weeks ago! I know it was you, no one else near me has Greek fries on the menu! My other half and I order from Jimbo's at least twice a month and spend about $25 each time. I wanted to try someplace else and I thought your food was better, but you lost 2 customers because my money is not enough...
