Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Lowell

Bad review mostly on service. Arrived here at 8:20 the resturant is open until 9:00 we order our food and the put it in to go bags. I asked if we could stay and eat there. Again we are here 40 minutes before closing time. It was just myself and my husband. Not like we brought a much of kids in there to make a mess right before the closed. Don't see why it would have mattered it we did because the place was disgusting anyways. Looked as if the tables haven't been wiped down so I didn't think sitting at their dirty table would have been a big deal. We brought our food home to have at our house, and they had our burritos mislabeled so my husband had my burrito and I had his. He realized a few bites into the burrito that they were wrong. Every single time I come here something is wrong and I used to come all the time, but with the lack of attention to the food they are preparing I stopped after a few months me and my boyfriend decided to give it one more try we ordered a stack a bowl and a kids quesadilla EVERYTHING WAS WRONG NOTHING WAS RIGHT , I paid 15 dollars on a bowl for 5 pieces of chicken there is more sauce than anything the stack and quesadilla was also smothered missing meat and other topping or topping added that we didn’t request truly so disappointing spending the last of my money on something good for us to eat and not being able to eat any of it will never be coming back and would suggest that neither of you do either ……. Went on Moe's Monday where you can purchase a burrito 🌯 and a soft drink for 9.99. staff said they were unaware of the special when I showed them my Moe's app And the SIGN IN THE WINDOW, that they hung up advertising the special. Staff were very belligerent and rude (did not even say welcome to Moe's. There were 3 other people in the resturant besides us. They were not busy.
