I couldn’t believe the customer service I experienced at this dominos. We ordered a pizza for delivery one night online and messed up the order, so we called to fix it. The staff was understanding and cooperative, and tried to help us out as best they could. About two hours after the call, we still hadn’t received the pizza. We called to make sure everything was still okay, and they apologized and assured us that the pizza was coming. We waited a few more hours, and no pizza. We figured something must’ve happened as we received no phone call to explain where our pizza was, and the app said the pizza was still in progress. By the time the store closed at night, we still hadn’t received our order.
The next morning, we called to get refunded for our order, and the man who picked up was unbelievably rude. I explained the situation that had happened, gave him our order number and phone number, and asked to be refunded. I was shocked at how he reacted. He told me there were several phone calls to our phone and that we never answered, he told me they knocked on our door and there was no response on our part. I told him they must’ve went to the wrong door, and he told me they went to the right door and that we just ignored them. I assured him that we never received a phone call or a knock on the door, and that the app said the pizza had never went out to delivery, and he told me I was incorrect. I tried to ask for a refund, but he continued to talk loudly over me so I couldn’t get any words in.
I was not mad about never receiving the pizza, I understand that things happen and mistakes are made. I am mad about how I was treated when I called. I have worked in customer service before and understand how difficult it can be, so I do my best to be as compliant as I can when calling about situations like these. At the time of ordering online once you click on gluten free crust then the next page asked for size . I see today when I was online they fixed the issue . If you pick a larger size after clicking in gluten free crust it will say warning was my small is available in gluten free . Well back when we did this there was never a warning about crust size it just let you continue to order any size even though we wanted gluten free. So I emailed next day because I was pretty sick and after doing a lot of research I realized it comes only in small . My email was never answered from the store or corporate asking for a refund and to request they make the website more user friendly for gluten sensitive people . Read moreWe ordered just this week ( 4/13/22), from our local Dominos just up the way. We used the online Domino’s App after we decided on using the two medium one topping pizzas-both well done. One with pepperoni , hand tossed. The other pan made with extra cheese , breadstick and cinnamon twist with Pop coupon. We also added some plain chicken bites for my daughter, cooked crispy because she is particular. Our order was tracked accordingly through the app. Delivery was super smooth and on time. Once we opened all of our feast of Domino boxes we were pleasantly surprised to see that all of the pizzas were cooked fantastically with a nice perfect crust and just the right amount cheese browning (not burnt just perfectly cooked). The chicken bites were also cooked crispy but not dry so they were also fantastic as well. We love ordering from this Dominos! Thank you for the good work abs yummy food!
