Stopped at the Allentown service station to use the bathroom and grab a pretzel. The employees were incredibly rude. The moment I approached the counter they said the system was down, so they wouldn’t let me buy a pretzel. Okay whatever. I use the bathroom and come back, now there’s a line of 4 people. I wait in line as the one customer is trying to pay for his food. It’s taking a while because the system is down. Meanwhile, the employees are speaking another language while other customers stand around. I don’t understand why they couldn’t speak English or not speak at all, because this can make customers uncomfortable thinking they may be talking about them.
