Famous Famiglia Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Macungie Township

Approached the establishment and good heavens. We wanted to get 2 Stromboli and some knots. They flat out refused to make any more food because they were getting ready to close? Says the close at 10? But apparently, it's just whenever they feel like it. EVERY SINGLE BIT OF FOOD they had on display looked like it was easily 4 hours old, so what have the employees doing all day that they want to peddle crappy old food and close early. Unbelievably poor management and untrained slow staff. Unsanitary, employees don’t wash hands or using gloves to cook, touch money/register. They use cell phones on the front and use aprons and pants to wipe dirty hands. Stopped by 3 times and every time something went wrong. Ordered whole pie half white pie half meat. No other customers at the time. It took 3 employees and over 30 minutes to cook. Besides that they’ve made whole pie red, then wipe red sauce off half to make half white. Ended with burned pie cut in 6 slices after I mentioned to cut in 8 several times while ordering and before pick up. Terrible. I’d never order from that...

Don't ever eat here. This isn't the Famiglia pizza you are expecting. The stromboni was absolutely horrible and the pizza was 40% crust, lacked sauce, and wasn't even heated properly. The employee cut a slice of peperoni pizza in half and gave me the smaller slice which i don't mind since the pizza was awful. They hired some of the most souless, brainless employees i havr ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life.
