I didn't give a 0, because they still delivered my order. But for their prices it definitely was not worth it. When the driver arrived he told me they do not go as far as my home? Which I'm in Morrisville and they are in Yardley. No one mentioned it over the phone when I ordered and I spoke to 3 different people bc they couldn't understand my road name. But they did bring it. Food was horrible. Fellow New Yorker but moved here and managed in a pizzeria for 6 years, and 3 pizza huts in the area. So I know bottom of the barrel to delicious NY pizza. The crust was like rubber, literally, everything was slide to one side so most pieces were either dough and a lot of cheese or sauce and dough. And it was extremely greasy, like soaking up the grease with a paper towel did nothing. The chicken and fries were soggy as they put them in a closed container(never do that as it makes everything soggy, use foam and cut wholes for venting), the bbq and cheese lid were so hot they melted off so I couldn't save it for leftovers, which I like to do in my home. Ordered a stromboli prior to going to ShopRite. Went to pick up approx. 20 min later. Stromboli no where in sight. ""Manager""comes from back saying "it's ready". I seen him come in from outside, and top of box is wet. (It's raining out) his only statement was "it wasn't opened" ? REALLY, I guess not because no one on that delivery route ordered it! YOU IDIOT! An apology would of went a long way here! I am understanding until you insult me.

Maybe carlucci's could increase their profit by having less people standing around (I counted about 9 + manager) And have "manager" do something besides basically staring at the register keys!! He should be expediting so this type of mistake doesn't happen. Even better have him deliver!

First, I'm told that you have gluten free options, but when I called to order I was told by a very inexperienced young woman that "um, we only have gluten-free free pizza I think". So tonight I ordered an extra cheese gluten-free pizza for my son. It was a DISASTER!!! It was delivered late, with all the cheese in 1 corner of the box. When no more cheese could fit there it covered the lid and stuck the pizza to the bottom and top of the box!!! Very disappointed!!! Also, gluten-free pizza is supposed to come with it's own slicer, in it's own tin pan. His not only didn't come with the slicer, but WASN'T in the tin that gluten-free crust comes in.
