Very very bad 3rd class low grade customer service. Every time I order something for pick up either they give me wrong items or always always always items are missing. When I'm there making sure everything is there for whatever I ordered they always says there are two or three things (items) in the same bag(Envelope). But when I get home, one or more things always missing and gave me wrong item. Very careless employees. This is one of the most expensive places and when you're missing something or they give you wrong item it's not a good experience because you paid top dollar for the item and either you don't get it or it's a wrong item it's not good feeling. They should hire more responsible people. Today, my wife called them and explained the situation on today's order lady hangup on my wife. This is the kind of people working there. I honestly am not going there anymore. Because mistakes are one thing but disrespect is another. Today's the Mother's day and I didn't want to do this review like this but I couldn't help it when they hung...

Faith.. You sound like an extremely pretentious woman. If you go somewhere to get something for free, do everyone a favor for and just don't go. It is your choice to spend 5 dollars on a cappuccino, not theirs. Stop whining. I love this store. AND the management. They genuinely care for their people, and their employees. I don't know Jim, but he sounded like an angel for putting up with you. I bet you get a drink with 40 steps, and complain when it's not perfect...
Work there. For a day. Or a busy hour. See the ignorance of your folly.
The intolerance you have shows that you have never worked in the service industry. Your ignorance shows you do not respect them. Re-evaluate your stance on what "servers" owe you.. I can assure you, it is absolutely nothing.
Keep doing what you're doing Oxford Oaks! Hopefully this woman by the name of Faith will apologize. I'm quite certain, as she so eloquently expressed, is the type of lady who gives a hard time for the sake of getting something for free. We have a...
Read moreRemodeled @2015, this busy store is one of the best looking Starbucks around here. It's set up in 'hallway' style, with a long series of tall, 2-top tables along the L/H wall and a cozy seating area invisibly sequestered behind merchandising displays to your right, when entering the store. A clever layout, overall, tho' it forces people awaiting orders to violate the personal space of anybody at the 3 rearmost tables. Also, even with no drive-through this store is noisy -- a constant din of background sounds from machines, people, etc., plus a couple of the baristas crank up the background music louder than usual. Perhaps that's why some of the associates often get my order wrong. Or maybe it's the time they spend animatedly chatting with friends & other staffers (and...
