When originally going to McShea's Pub for the first time, I didn't expect my meal to be anything special, but boy was I wrong. The atmosphere of the pub is nothing pub is nothing out of the ordinary, but you don't realise the true beauty of this establishment until you take the first bite out of your food. After recieving a burger and fries almost immediately after I ordered them, I was pleasantly surprised when I took the first bite out of burger. The flavor of the burger quickly expanded in my mouth, and every bite fulfilled both my tastebuds' and my stomach's deepest desires. The fries were no different. Each bite of them introduced my tongue to a beautifully thoughtful balance of salt, and the fry itself, and both my sense of hearing and touch were satisfied by the spectacular crunch the fries made as they collided with my teach, which were being controlled by my mouth, which in itself was eager to get another bite of the culinary masterpiece, yet there was no need to rush in the eating of the fries, or the delicious burger that they complimented, due to the fact that every bite of food I had left all of my body satisfied. I don't drink, so I didn't get a change to review any of the alcoholic beverages served at the pub, but I am in belief that both drinkers and non-drinkers alike can enjoy the splendid and spectacular food served at Jack McShea's Pub. Altogether, I'd have to recommend this restaurant to anyone that has a tongue that can...

Apparently there is a professional pool culture that kills the environment. I had a friend travel 4 hours to visit and when we tried to have fun at the table with friends, we were completely shut out by professionals. No harm no foul with that.
When it was our turn again after being swept, I asked for 1 game alongside friends and then give it back regardless of who wins, I was given a resounding “NO!”. These people were already on a 7? 8? 9? Maybe even 10 winstreak?
We came here for pool among friends. Not to be bullied. I’m so disappointed that this is their culture. I was told McSorley’s is better for pool so even though we live down the block from McShea’s, I’ll forever drive people away from this culture and towards other places.
This was a sad day. Hopefully the culture will change at some point but I’m not giving it another chance ruining our time, especially when having our friends travel to just enjoy...
Read moreIt was a great place to let the hair down. The service was good and the bar staff was good. I may consider filing a lawsuit on the grounds of descrimination. If I had one wish and one wish alone, it'll be to be for it to be more accommodating. For the sports yes. The service absolutely. Descrimination, nope. If I can add one thing and one thing alone, it'll be more open to future regulars. After tonight, not the best customer service. I'm not gonna blame the best service from the bar staff. Alex being one of em Quan being the other. It's the lack of accommodations that I've experienced. So it's 2 out of 5 stars. They also think of me as a MINOR. Not cool. Thanks for hurting my services. Also see...
