Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Moreland Township

Because I can't write multiple reviews , I deleted my old one that no one cares to look at or address, when will Ann-Marie get demoted with her management staff, this beautiful store Gary gave her has turned into a dumbster fire , might as well put the address as Kensington Ave. Because you guys sure act like you are on Kensington Ave even though it says Huntington valley which is a very high-end place. But whatever I guess it's hard to unlock items so people can actually order and then your managers and your staff are rude. The only person that is ever nice in that store are the two elder women that run the registers up front. They are amazing ladies always just doing everything by themselves while you guys have a staff deli which should work as a conveyance line which Wawa has put in place instead. You guys are miserable. None of your guys is modules for when you onboarded or when you became a manager or started working in a deli. Shows the way you guys tree customers these days and it's not okay. All the processes you guys do is not the Wawa way hopefully corporate steps in and fixes the store soon before another...

I go to this location because the baristas make really good coffee drinks. Occasionally I will get a cappuccino and ask the barista for whip cream to top it off. I’m consistently to no at this location because the staff says “the manager says you’ll have to pay for it. I’ve always found this odd for the simple fact that when you order the drinks on the kiosk there’s no extra charge for whip. I’ve requested extra caramel in my drink after I’ve ordered it and found that it’s not enough even though I already paid extra and been told by the manager that I had to pay extra after I already did pay extra.

It’s the simple things in life that make people smile. This manager clearly only worries about numbers. Now I go to any location, but this one. Simply because of the management. Otherwise the staff...
