I was thrilled to discover this store after a friend's recommendation. As someone who regularly enjoyed juice cleanses from other establishments at $10-$12 per bottle, finding a place offering quality juices at half the price was a welcome change for my healthy lifestyle changes. Initially, my experiences were positive. The staff engaged in friendly conversations, even expressing curiosity about my frequent large purchases. I happily shared my weight loss journey and expanded my purchases to include other products like sea moss and elderberry. However, the customer service has significantly declined in recent months. I've encountered eye-rolling, visible frustration, and rude comments from staff members, making me feel like an inconvenience despite being a loyal customer. When I attempted to address these issues and inquire about potential bulk ordering options, my concerns were dismissed. The final straw came during my most recent visit. A consistently rude employee abruptly shoved my cart aside, interrupting my shopping to assist another customer. This blatant disrespect left me shocked and disappointed. As a business professional, I find this treatment of a regular, high-volume customer unacceptable and counterproductive. I would have gladly complied with purchase limits, bulk order policies, or advance ordering requirements had they been communicated. Instead, I've been made to feel unwelcome for my continued patronage and appreciation of their products. While I'll miss incorporating these juices into my daily routine, I can no longer support an establishment that demonstrates such poor customer service. This was my second time going there and still had the worst service the first time was bad but I figured I'll give it another try being that every one deserves a second chance BUT NEVER AGAIN I ORDERED I CORN BEEF SPECIAL WHICH ON THE KEASOK DOESN'T DISPAY IT BUT WHEN I ASKED THE YOUNG LADY WHO TURNED OUT TO MAKE RHE SANDWICH HER ATTITUDE WAS UN WELCOMED BUT NON THE LESS I ORDERED ANY PLUS AN ITALIAN HOAGE BOTH WITH EXTRA MEAT THE SANDWICH I TRIED TO TELL HER WHAT I WANTED HER RESPOND TO ME WAS SIR !!!!!!! A great produce (and more) spot! I’ve been here a couple times since it opened a few months ago and am happily impressed. The price point is great and the portion sizes are better for our family then what Produce Junction offers. Produce seems to be better quality then produce junction, not going bad as quickly, and I’m not as concerned we are going to end up wasting food because we won’t eat it in time. A & N also offers many more side and other essential items such as breads, deli meat and cheeses, milk, eggs, spices, beans, wheats, rice, all sorts of things that you can add to your produce to be able to make a full meal! They also have some candy and a small freezer with ice cream treats, and the combination of this along with the deli and produce make it feel like an old school store I used to go to as a kid, a place where you can get everything your family needs in one shop without breaking the bank.
