Panda Bistro — Restaurant in Lower Moreland Township

Literally went back and forth with the owner about what I ordered. For 3 years I’ve been ordering “lunch combos” which come with an entree and an egg roll. Today, all of a sudden when I called because of missing egg rolls I was told you must say “combo or dinner combo” to get an egg roll and because I mentioned the word “lunch” I was given a “lunch special”. Absolutely ridiculous when I literally order the same thing every week. Rather than admitting the woman who took the order made a mistake and honoring what I asked for, he chose to go back and forth with me about mentioning the word “lunch” when in fact, the word “combo” means combination or multiple items. I saw a Google comment in which someone gave a low rating because they didn't get enough sauce. I'd just like to note that I believe the staff actually reads these comments to make improvements because I had a similar problem before but when I ordered from here last night there was a table dedicated to large containers of sauce free for the taking and the woman at the counter offered me "as much sauce as I want." Right from the get go this was a bad experience. The gentleman who took my order was abrupt and rude. The food was quite good; I ate there. However when I asked him for a cup of tap water he barked at me “ No!” And pointed to the bottled drinks and said “ you have to buy!” After a short time I asked for more plum sauce for my meal and he barked “ 50 cents!.” I told him I would never return to his place as this is not a good way to conduct business.. ever. ...
