Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lower Paxton Township

8/22/24 Had never been to this new location before, and I was in for a shock with how tiny the parking lot is. There is no vehicle access around the whole building. You pull in, there's a handful of parking spaces, and the drive thru is the end of the lot. You cannot drive around the drive thru like at McDonald's to get to the end of the drive thru line. Just be cautious and observant when entering the parking lot.

My coworker ordered a door dash delivery to our work for several people in the office. My coworker accidentally pressed the wrong thing for our boss, so while we needed to order the right meal for her, they got every single order right, EXCEPT we got NO sauce in the delivery bag. None. And everyone's combo came with sauce. I don't know about you guys, but I can't eat tenders and fries without ranch. So my coworker and I drive the 7 minutes away to get the sauces and place the order for our boss.

The young gentleman behind the register was apologetic and eager to correct our problem. The staff behind him however seemed to not believe that many sauces were forgotten, and argued about whose fault it was, and were insisting they did put the sauces in the bag. I mean we ordered delivery for a reason, and we drove there anyway to correct THEIR mistakes. Anyway, after explaining over and over, we got plenty of dipping sauces. HOWEVER when I picked up my bosses to go order, before I walked out the door, just to check, I looked in the bag and in the tenders box for her sauces. NONE. YOU GUYS. WE JUST WENT THROUGH THIS 5 MINUTES AGO.

Learn from me. Check your order for at least sauce presence before you leave or before your delivery driver leaves.

Oh god terrible service! We got our order simple math right the girl gave us the wrong change we went to tell her about her mistake very politely and she was very nasty for her “own” mistake. Another female came over siding with her and i literally had to pull the math up on my phone to tell her the right change then the manager came over aggressive and talking like give me a moment all nasty and stink I let her know she been had a moment you all are wrong all we were requesting was 59 cents and the math was right on the phone??!! Then the girl started to yell at me and my mother like children with the manager right there the audacity she clearly is not raised right. I am 21 I looked at her really unfriendly then long story short they finally understood the math and gave us the correct change. I am not coming here again this management have changed from the summer. Rude and disrespectful employees this situation will be reported to corporate no employee should feel that comfortable to yell and chastise grown people over her not doing the right calculations. This is madness....

Really not happy with wasting my time driving to this location and they lock their doors an hour early and make everyone go through their horrible drive-thru. I ended up leaving empty handed as the poorly designed drive-through does not have a way for those that enter the side to go around one car space over safely to get into a drive-thru que. I saw everyone that got there ahead of me create an unsafe and messy way to create the que. I am disappointed that they didn't keep the doors open a bit longer because the other location in town is closed and the one in Carsisle is honestly too far and i convenient. This location should be moved to a spot with a more updated drive-thru or have one in Mechanicsburg/ Camp Hill open up. Please update your hours that you are really open for dine-in at 9pm and drive-thru up until 10pm instead. Very misleading and I hope corporate adds a new location. Was really craving Popeyes as it's the only fried chicken place I love and has really tasteful and truly crunchy skin. I guess I'm not coming to this location...
