Battle 5 Extraction LLC — Attraction in Lower Paxton Township

Today I took my 2 teen sons to a large group event, of about 100 people. Although this event was preplanned at least a month or more in advance, the staff did not seem ready for such a large group. It took over 30 minutes for everyone to get geared up - and even longer than that because people kept switching out their guns. The kids were not given much direction about what to do after they had their gear and entered the playing area - so, most of them were collecting ammo from the buckets and ground and waiting for direction. It was about an hour into the 2 hours that we had there and the staff had still not given them any directions on what to do. I went up to the desk to ask the staff if they were going to play a game or if they were just supposed to be shooting each other. The female staff member told me that the male staff member had gone into the play area and was going to start a game. Multiple parents and kids asked the staff if they were going to start a game, and they said yes...but they never did. The staff did not seem like they knew how to handle a large group and almost seemed intimidated. They should have been prepared for this large group, and it was clear that they were not. In the words of one of my sons, "I really wanted to enjoy the experience but it just was not fun. No games were planned , and we ended up just shooting at each other. I could have done this in my backyard for less money. I will never go...

STAY AWAY! One of the worst experiences I have ever had!! I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience was just awful. We planned on coming here to celebrate our sons’ birthdays with a few friends. I emailed the email on site, and let them know when we would be coming, how many of us, and if there was anything additional, we needed to know. They responded right away and said everything was good. We drove OVER AN HOUR to get there and told that the area was closed due to a booked event. I let the woman know I emailed them letting them know when we would be coming and was never told about the event. She immediately handed me a number to call as that was the owner, and she was the part owner and didn't even know about this event. I asked how long this event had been booked and she said it was booked TWO MONTHS AGO. I was furious! I contacted the 'owner' and all he could give me was apologies that he messed up. How can you email someone and let them know the arena is available without checking to see if anything was already booked?? It was a fashion show for crying out loud! Clearly, they can’t keep enough business that they have to rent out the area for other things. This place is a joke, and not...

I had my son's birthday party here. The experience before the party was great. Was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The party room was awesome. BUT THEN we get to the nerf side. It took 30 minutes to get the kids guns bc most of them didn't work. Most of the nerf bullets are damaged and impossible to use. Then the young man working was purposely aiming his nerf gun at the boys privates and hitting them. After 3 kids cried one of the parents asked him to stop and take it easy. Throughout the entire party the guns jammed n they had to stop to get another gun. Then the young man went back out and hit them again. My son left crying in pain along with another boy. I left so embarrassed n furious. The one girl told me not to address the man it was an accident, when it clearly wasn't. This was not worth the $400.
