Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Saucon Township

I experienced discrimination at its worst today. I went to Dunkin' to get a sandwich and coffee, and I parked in a handicap spot, backing into it. An older Caucasian lady at the front was extremely rude and upset about my parking choice. Instead of asking if I was handicapped or had a permit, she immediately told me I couldn’t park there.

When I explained that I was just there to get a sandwich, she disrespectfully informed me that the sandwich station was closed and that I couldn’t place an order. As a result, I left without my breakfast sandwich. Then she came out side and took pictures of my liscene plate.

Whether it’s a franchise or not, this type of behavior is unacceptable to any customer. How can I continue to be a member and support Dunkin' after such...

It seems to be a very crowded location and the people behind the counter were overwhelmed. But my order came out completely wrong and when I questioned it she took the coffee back apologized and yet made the same mistake the second time.

Between how busy they were and the fact that I had to make it on time for an appointment I gave up and left without getting the correct drink. There is a clear visual difference between iced coffee with skim milk and iced coffee with cream yet twice she gave me iced...

Terrible sandwich and terrible food can't blame the driver it's obviously the resturant's fault. I'd asked for bagel,bacon,egg,and cheese instead they gave me a Croissant instead. Then my Coffee didn't even came with a STRAW so i'd had to drink it from the cup which was a mess everywhere thanks for that. Not only that but they gave me more ice and less sugar and sweetner that the coffee tasted Absolutely horrible YUCK. Never Recommending this place again I'm sticking to the one...
